We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. People at lobby were friendly and helpful, could speak English. Recommend this hotel.

Room very clean and quiet, hope bathroom amenities environment free such as refill bath gel, shampoo.....

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.

Located just two or three bus stops away from Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, took bus no. 3 and arrived quickly at hotel. Very well decorated reception hall and well maintained room. Our suite was very spacious with one living room, one toilet in the living room, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with bathing area & bathtub and TVs with a well maintained fridge! Just down the hotel have eateries around and also a bus stop as well as taxi stand! Very well located and value for money hotel. Behind the hotel (Oriental Gate) have bus stop to catch a bus to Ruins of St. Paul’s! If you walk down the hotel towards the direction of Sands Hotel Macao, there are free coaches to go to all the major casinos and shopping malls!

Reached hotel at 2.30pm and there was a long line to check in. I was upgraded to a Executive king room which was big and nice. There is a separate shower from the bath tub. Location is ok with some restaurants near by.

Very good service  Neat and clean room really my family love it to stay there. Breakfast was good.

the room is clean and big. also accessible to nearby tourist spot. I enjoyed the 2 nights I stayed here, especially the warm bathtub makes you relax after wandering around.

Great locations within walking distance of many sightseeing places and restaurants. Short distance away from boarder crossing and ferries station. Room was very spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast service was nice. Overall good experience during my Macao visit

I have stayed in Rio since 2008. The services and care for guests have always been very good. Housekeeping staff always been friendly and great . Rooms are big.
