Hotel's location is not very near from train station but staff was quite kind and room was clean enough.

Very friendly and assisting front desk staff, lobby has kids friendly play station, about 10mins walk from lux train station, room and toilet is clean and well-furnished.

We appreciate that the hotel changed us a room with air-conditioning. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff are polite. I would come to stay at this hotel myself. I would also suggest my friends to stay here. The hotel gives us a good impression of Luxembourg!

I recently stayed at the Novotel in Luxembourg, and I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided great recommendations on places to visit and, even though the hotel was fully booked, they managed to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other, which was a huge plus for our family. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a clean and hygienic setup and a wide variety of options. The only suggestion I have is to add labels to each food item, so guests know exactly what’s being served. Despite this minor detail, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luxembourg.

A lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, service was good, and location was spot on. Would recommend. There were problems with the air conditioning, so hotel staff changed our room to a room with a window.

We had a great stay here Everything is just perfect Front desk staff is very helpful and always welcomes you with a big smile . Bed is very comfy and the buffet breakfast is delicious It's only 15 mins walk to the city center.

Not particularly close to the train station or the city centre, but the room is considered big and clean in Luxemburg so it’s recommended to travellers who have expectations of their room

We were here only for 2 days, but the location was nice, staff super friendly, parkering easy, rooms with a lot of space, good breakfast and only 10 min walk to the old town with the square with all the restaurants and etc. I would definitely stay here again!
