This is now my second business trip to Ludhiana and once again I chose the Park Plaza. It's not without reason that I love choosing this great hotel. The arrival and the reception in the lobby fascinate me every time and you immediately feel welcome and comfortable. The time flew by and I was extremely satisfied with the reception, the service in the rooms, the staff and I would especially like to praise the cuisine. The food is fantastic and plentiful and of a high quality. Thanks to the nice staff who put a smile on our faces every day at breakfast and dinner. I treated them with respect and appreciation. And that's how my feedback turns out. Top ! 10/10 until the next time 🙂

Very bad experience unclean room and smell inside . Staff unresponsive and no food choices . Not at all worth the stay much better options available in the city .
