It was amazing, no ifs or ands or buts. Both front desk concierge’s were super cool and accommodating and helpful. I just really
Hope they don’t raise their prices like the other trendy hotels in the area, price point was perfect for the room we got. Would definitely stay again

The entire building is controlled on one thermostat run. There is no way to control the temperature of your room. If someone calls the front desk and says it is cold, the entire building is blasted with heat, and vice versa.
While there are multiple lights in the room, there are huge swaths of the room that get no light, making them very hard to see in.
The restaurant attached changes its hours and its offering with no warning.

The room was terribly dark due in great part to the decor. The manager agreed to change it when I was going to check out. The door into the garage was supposed to be locked but often unlocked. Did not feel safe. Housekeeping staff rarely made up the room until mid afternoon even after I asked it to be cleaned earlier so I could work in the room. The front desk & the manager did their best.

I can hear every single word spoken by a guest across the hall and next door. No privacy. Outside, it’s extremely loud with people screaming and cars accelerating.

The place is overrated. Accomodations, in the Suite Room, are fair at best. No in room a/c control and we could hear all conversation from nearby rooms.

Staff was great. Welcoming and helpful.
No AC or heating controls in the rooms.
Homeless walking around in the lobby. Weird burning type smell in the elevator(that you prayed you wouldn't get trapped in)
Can't buy bottled water and i had to fix the toilet twice because the float kept messing up.
The room was big and nicely furnished and i guys it was OK for one night but i wouldn't bring my family here. Just had an uneasy feeling

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff in a great location within walking distance to so many things. No coffee machines in the rooms but there is free coffee in the lobby until 8am. My only complaint (and I saw the same issue in another review here) is that my shower would not drain. It wasn't too bad since I only had water up to the middle of my shins when I finished my shower, and I guess it was my own funk in there, but not ideal. I reported it to the front desk but it wasn't fixed, so I'm guessing it's a plumbing issue in Room 105 that some Drano can't resolve.

Average. Bathroom was small and akward. Toilet paper didn’t fit into the dispenser and was impossible to unroll without removing from the holder. Very weird. Some of the setup was strange. The “closet” was a mirror with hooks and a ladder leaning against a wall with some hangers. No drawers. Odd pictures of kids on the wall. Wasn’t terrible but wouldn’t book here again

The beds are not comfortable. Mattresses are very soft and they sag toward the middle. There was a lot of noise from the room above us late at night and very early in the morning (like 4:30am). Even the coffee that is served in the lobby was awful.
