This is a basic hotel that is clean. We stayed in a premier plus room. No drawers, face towels or phone. I have never been to a hotel that didn’t provide face/ wash cloth. For every issue or request we had to go down to talk to staff. Staying several nights it gets a bit tiring going down every time we needed something. Staff were very nice and accommodating though. WiFi was pretty good but did not work first two nights. Rainfall shower was nice. The hotel is in a good location, close to the London eye, parliament, Westminster abbey, Churchill war rooms, and close to transportation options. Great for bus, tube, and train! The bed and pillows were very comfortable but only one comforter, no top sheet for cover.

We had a great stay in this clean and spacious hotel room just round the corner from London Waterloo station. . We got upgraded to the premier rook which was a nice bonus. The hotel was spotless and the staff are all very friendly saying hello in passing. The room was very quiet apart from a bit of building noise which can’t be helped by the hotel. The hotel is in a great and safe location situated just behind the big attractions such as The London Eye, London Dungeons, Sealife and Shrek’s Adventure. We had breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings and it exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was great and the service was friendly and helped my boyfriend with allergies. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel in London.

If you are looking for a great clean hotel with wonderful staff in the heart of London to just to rest your head while you spend your days and nights out in London this is the Hotel to book. Coming from the States we loved this location. Just next to The Eye! Just outside Tube station also. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was very clean and the temp in the room was great - air conditioner worked well. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again.

We stayed as a couple for 5 nights in a premier plus room. The room was very clean, spacious with a very large, comfy bed! The waterfall shower was lovely and fairly powerful. There was a small fridge in the room which came in handy and my husband loved the nespresso machine. The location was great for exploring on foot! We got lots of steps. The staff were lovely and very helpful especially the front of house girls and in particular the lady who seen us off on check out. The drinks in the bar were nice, i enjoyed the cocktails. We would absolutely return for a future visit.

Fantastic hotel right next to the London Eye. Had a family room ( me and my 2 daughters ). Spacious and clean & quiet. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Would happily stay here again.

Great location very clean rooms, staff so helpful good for walking to main sights of London, places to eat nearby

We have stayed here many times before but this time it was a little lacklustre. We paid extra for a Premier Plus room. There was no early check in available so we returned at 3pm to quite a queue only two people checking in and the self check in now working. We eventually got to our room which was ok. Spacious and clean with a comfy bed. Apart from the fridge we couldn’t really see value for the upgrade. Two coffee pods. Two tiny pieces of chocolate and two bottles of water. If you want more you have to go to reception. The Wi-Fi was down the first evening the I struggled to get onto the upgraded Wi-Fi because the instructions I had been given were inadequate. I spoke to reception the following morning and he showed me how to change password but I still couldn’t get on so just gave up. A guy who was in reception at the same as me said I was wasting my time as the Wi-Fi is a disaster! On the first morning the hand held shower was broken and the net curtains fell down ! I pointed it out to reception and the nets were re hung but the shower wasn’t touched ! I would think twice about paying the premium when staying again

The staff were amazing, especially the lady on check in. She made us feel instantly welcome, even though it was busy. Very efficient service throughout our stay.

It was our first time staying at a Premiere Inn. It will be our last. We were checked into a horrible room that had stained carpets, worn furniture with holes in the upholstery, a broken showerhead, and non-functioning Wi-Fi. We went downstairs to bring it to the front desk, attention and nothing was done. We were literally chasing a manager for days to try and get it resolved, and they were always too busy to even speak to us. I felt like they were just trying to avoid us. The kicker was that our booking for seven days went down $200 after we booked on the companies website. They refused to credit us for the difference, even though they guarantee lowest price when you book on their website. On top of that, when I spoke to the manager, John at the County Hall Location, he would not refund the difference. As a peace offering to resolve the situation, I would be willing to accept buffet breakfast for two for five days and exchange for the difference and all would be OK. He absolutely refused to Compass for breakfast, even though it’s a buffet that’s already laid out and it doesn’t matter if two extra people eat. I was absolutely in shock and disgusted. I would never ever stay at a hotel chain that feels that it’s OK to rent out a room like this and this condition to a visitor and after that charge them for it. Stay away!
