Check in was easy, the hotel is very centrally located for all south bank amenities and the room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was efficiently managed and really delicious. One benefit we weren’t expecting was the ability to store luggage after checkout in return for a small donation (your discretion) to Great Ormond Street Hospital charity. I’d stay here again next time I was in the area.

It may not be the most luxurious but it has all the necessities that we needed. Most importantly bring a comfortable bed. We upgraded to a delicious room which supposedly had better WiFi but that was spotty at best. The water and chocolate was a nice addition. Best of all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was the best being right by the London eye and Waterloo train station. A win win. We did eat breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel and they were very conscientious about food allergies. Dinner was average. It was convenient for us. If we come again there’s so many options outside of the hotel. Our only other issue was the steps to get into the building. My husband has balance issues so having to climb the steps while carrying up all the luggage was a challenge. All in all we were very pleased with our stay here.

From the start of our stay to the end of our stay the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a family room for a couple of nights and it was spacious, clean and quie, this is a bonus as it has a barried private road in front of the hotel so no traffic.We had the breakfast included and had plenty of choice to suit your needs. Location was fantastic, London eye just around the corner with also the Shrek experience, sealife center, Paddington experience and the London dungeon. Westminster just a 10min walk over the bridge and the nearest underground is Waterloo and that was a 2 min walk. Only issue I would say is that you can't book an early/late check-in /out until you arrive and on the morning of departure. If the hotel is busy this is not possible. For us there was no family rooms ready for early check-in and no late check-out as the room was needed for cleaning. They did have a bag storage to accommodate for this

The location is great for this hotel but I would not recommend going here if the weather is warm. We specifically paid extra for a premier plus room as this guaranteed air con but this was not working properly to which we informed reception straightaway (as per the good night policy) only to be fobbed off by two members of staff to say it hadn’t long been set (we arrived at 5.30pm but could’ve checked in at 3pm so not really acceptable) - I now wish I had insisted on another room or for them to check the room (which I shouldn’t have had to ask or shouldn’t be expected to keep going back) as they made no note of our issue or checked on it. We basically hardly slept all night as the room was stifling hot even though it was cool outside and so we put in a complaint to Premier Inn online only to be told there was no note of it and we should’ve said about our issue at the time, which obviously we know we did. So basically the staff do not solve issues or record it. Poor service by Premier Inn.

Janina, on Reception, went out of her way to help us when we arrived at the wrong hotel! She was very understanding, had empathy and did all she could to find a really lovely room to stay in County Hall. We love this location as we travel into Waterloo station and you immediately feel the buzz of London on the South Bank.

The best Premier Inn I have stayed in and I’ve stay in a lot. The building is just amazing, location is great for sights/tub stations. The staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble, the room was a little cool and the quickly turned up the heating remotely, very modern

This is a basic hotel that is clean. We stayed in a premier plus room. No drawers, face towels or phone. I have never been to a hotel that didn’t provide face/ wash cloth. For every issue or request we had to go down to talk to staff. Staying several nights it gets a bit tiring going down every time we needed something. Staff were very nice and accommodating though. WiFi was pretty good but did not work first two nights. Rainfall shower was nice. The hotel is in a good location, close to the London eye, parliament, Westminster abbey, Churchill war rooms, and close to transportation options. Great for bus, tube, and train! The bed and pillows were very comfortable but only one comforter, no top sheet for cover.

We had a great stay in this clean and spacious hotel room just round the corner from London Waterloo station. . We got upgraded to the premier rook which was a nice bonus. The hotel was spotless and the staff are all very friendly saying hello in passing. The room was very quiet apart from a bit of building noise which can’t be helped by the hotel. The hotel is in a great and safe location situated just behind the big attractions such as The London Eye, London Dungeons, Sealife and Shrek’s Adventure. We had breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings and it exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was great and the service was friendly and helped my boyfriend with allergies. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel in London.

If you are looking for a great clean hotel with wonderful staff in the heart of London to just to rest your head while you spend your days and nights out in London this is the Hotel to book. Coming from the States we loved this location. Just next to The Eye! Just outside Tube station also. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was very clean and the temp in the room was great - air conditioner worked well. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again.
