Hotel was in the slum area of London. Cab driver said he wouldn't let his mother stay there. I booked elsewhere. I don't know how you could recommend that place on your web site. I thought you were a reputable organization. NOT NOW

大きな看板を掲げて無くて、しかも看板とホテルの名前が一致しないから見つけられない。 スタッフの対応が雑すぎる。カーテンレールの取り付けが雑すぎてカーテンを横に引っ張っただけで壊れた。弁償って言われそうだったから必死に直した。鍵もボロくて掛からなくなったりして落ち着かなかった。2泊予定にしてたけど嫌になって一泊だけに切り替えた。ここは絶対利用しない方がいい。

環境夠靜，服務態度好，物價貴，佢哋包早餐…物超所值，我第二次入住呢間酒店，有人講佢遠，並吾遠，可以廣紫色線（伊麗沙白線）到金絲雀碼頭，再到匯豐門口搭D8幾個站就到，或者系ALDGATE EAST STATION站轉205搭幾𠆤站就到….

'Came here for a few nights from Essex (upcountry). The facility is rather spartan and needs upliftment. there was no signpost to indicate the hotel at the address. Located on the busy Bow road, the environs appear rather untidy with uncleared refuse close to the hotel's entrance. This location is a plus, being close to the Westfield Shopping Center , Stratford. Like the building, most of the facilities are equally aged, like the archaic door key system. The self styled ''self service breakfast'' is quite spartan with few offerings while the venue only accommodates a center table with only 4 seats. Sleep quality was rather poor as my room on the ground floor suffered from the noise of night time driving on Bow road. The cost of services offered are on the high side while the hotel urgently needs an improvement and uplift.

When we arrived, staff were very firendly and asked if we smoked. We said no and we were greeted with, thats good. He then showed us the kitchen and there was a lot on offer, for breakfsst, bread, eggs, cereal, tea coffee. It was a pleasant suprise. We went upstairs to our room and it absolutely reeked of cigarettes. We opened the window in hope it would clear the air. As non smokers it wasnt pleasant. The room was clean, but it is very worn and needs a really good overhaul. As we only intended to sleep in our room, as we booked to go to the Abba Arena, we felt for the price we would make do. Its in a grest location and staff are friendly and even though bedding and towels are fresh, the room let itself down. After day 2, we still couldnt rid the room of the stale cigarette smell.

The staff were extremely accommodating! :) My husband and I showed up after a long flight from the US and they not only let us check in early, but also helped us with our bags upstairs (we’re moving here, so there were a lot!) There is a kitchen that everyone can use and they have the staple foods that are available for free for all guests (bread, eggs, tea, etc.) The hotel is within a short walking distance to public transportation. The rooms are small, but clean, and the price is very reasonable.
