Everything was good, the breakfast was fine, the room clean, and the staff friendly, the only problem was that the room we were in was right to the main street that was a bit noisy with cars passing by.

Wasn’t too bad, my room was clean, fair enough, but the kitchen is not clean at all, couldn’t have breakfast because the kettle was crusted at the bottle, tried to watch it but the crust was just too much. Needs improvements generally

Hotel was in the slum area of London. Cab driver said he wouldn't let his mother stay there. I booked elsewhere. I don't know how you could recommend that place on your web site. I thought you were a reputable organization. NOT NOW

大きな看板を掲げて無くて、しかも看板とホテルの名前が一致しないから見つけられない。 スタッフの対応が雑すぎる。カーテンレールの取り付けが雑すぎてカーテンを横に引っ張っただけで壊れた。弁償って言われそうだったから必死に直した。鍵もボロくて掛からなくなったりして落ち着かなかった。2泊予定にしてたけど嫌になって一泊だけに切り替えた。ここは絶対利用しない方がいい。

環境夠靜，服務態度好，物價貴，佢哋包早餐…物超所值，我第二次入住呢間酒店，有人講佢遠，並吾遠，可以廣紫色線（伊麗沙白線）到金絲雀碼頭，再到匯豐門口搭D8幾個站就到，或者系ALDGATE EAST STATION站轉205搭幾𠆤站就到….

下次去還可以考慮。
