Beautiful lake front hotel and friendly staff. Lovely view from the balconies. Rooms are clean, well-appointed and spacious. Parking is very convenience. Highly recommended, will be back for sure .

9月入住，訂了2個房間，費用已經在攜程付款過了，卻扣了我2500瑞士法郎，沒有做預授權，卻做了消費扣款，到了機場發現賬單不對，跟攜程反應，酒店多次撒謊，開始説會返還的，結果等了二十多天還沒有返還，後來又説返還到另一張卡上了，但根本沒在他們那裡用過其他任何卡，到現在還在撒謊不退還預授權的費用，一直拖延，**之極！多次去瑞士，瑞士的酒店預授權都是在退房的時候就返還的，這家酒店以前也住過，上次是在酒店官網用英文預訂的，所以沒有這個問題，這次是攜程預訂，它們明擺着就是欺負中國人，此外，我2個房間都衹住了一位客人，它們每個房間都按2位收取環境費和城市税，在跟酒店溝通時。它們回覆説預訂訊息是2人？？可是房間入住幾個人它們非常清楚！！處處都***到極致了，大家不要踩雷啊！！！

В номере люкс на верхнем этаже не тянет интернет на террасе . И очень опасный диван в гостиной , у которого раздвигаються боковины и можно упасть , если опереться на них. Один из нас так упал на пол с него облокотившись на неё

房間比預想的大很多甚至帶有小廚房，能直接看到湖，入住的時候還送了welcome drink可以去酒吧點大部分飲料。早餐是免費點一道菜加上自助的形式，餐廳靠湖的大落地窗令人心情愉悦。服務很好，工作人員很友善。大概是蘇黎世最好的酒店之一。

Das ALEX ist stylisch und die Blicke auf den Zürichsee sind unbeschreiblich schön! Wenn man im Restaurant das hervorragende Essen genießt, fühlt man sich einfach nur angekommen. Der Spa ist minimalistisch und es fehlt definitiv ein Schwimmbad! Auf alle Fälle ist das Personal sehr bemüht und serviceorientiert und vermittelt eine nicht aufgesetzte Wertschätzung.

Wunderbare ruhige Lage direkt am See, kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Ausgang direkt zum Schwimmen im See. Frühstück vom Feinsten, Buffet und a la carte für jegliche Eierspeisen. Nicht zu vergessen den hervorragenden Espresso und Cappuccino. Zimmer mit Seesicht und erstklassigen Parkettböden sowie Service und Freundlichkeit der Angestellten waren hervorragend. Einfach alles zum Genießen.

The experience was lovely since the booking forward. They welcomed us very kindly, asked if we need anything. The check in was very quick and they escorted us to our room where we could ask them all about it. Room service is very good, food is amaizing with really beautiful views on the lake. Coffe is great, breakfast is relaxing and very high quality and rich. Hotel is maintenaned 10/10, high quality and feels luxurious. Only thing that I would maybe focus on a little improvement is about spa. It lacks a good sauna (maybe a small finnish one), as they have just 2 IR seats from Klafs that emit very little heat - at least with me. Otherwise, spa is clean, well equipped and with good views on the lake. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great Hotel. One of the most beautiful rooms and views. Maybe it’s a Switzerland thing but staff is dry. Especially front desk team members. They are useless. Not up to the caliber of this hotel. I am wondering if the Gm is not active. It has incredible potential but lobby bar is always empty. No one working or activation. Resturant is stunning with great views and menu. Rooms are one of the best. But front office dropped the ball. And on their website they showed Boat service. But when we came they said it was broken. But it’s just them not being on top of things.

My family and I stayed at Alex Lake Zurich in a two bedroom suite. The rooms were beautiful with amazing view of the lake. The layout of the suite was great for privacy as well. We had the opportunity to dine at Widder Hotel with complementary transportation between hotels as part of The Living Circle collection. If you stay here, you have paddle board on the Lake which is included. It's the cleanest lake we've ever seen!

Hotel Alex Review My spouse and I enjoyed a panorama junior suite with a balcony. on the fourth floor for four nights. It’s wonderful hotel and we look forward to returning. The entire hotel had excellent style and provided all of the modern conveniences. The staff always demonstrated a thoughtful and pleasant approach to dealing with me and my spouse. We also appreciated the additional features provided at no extra costs, such as the the shuttle to the sibling property in the city center. The daily breakfast, included in our rate, was delicious and the lakeside setting each morning was perfect. The wifi was reliable. Housekeeping was thorough. The snacks order through room service were top notch. The hotel could benefit from a true professional concierge. Also, the pool and spa were closed during our stay due to renovations, and we were not informed of this until shortly before our reservation began. These, however, were relatively minor flaws. The nightly rate was reasonable for Zürich, especially when the included amenities are considered. Overall, the Alex Lake Hotel earns its five-star reputation.

This is a wonderful hotel, located on Lake Zurich. The concierge service was amazing, they were so helpful with everything. They offer to take you by car to the train station, helpful with reservations at any restaurant, and had great recommendations for side trips. Everyone was wonderful, housekeeping, restaurant staff, anything you asked for they were ready to help. The rooms are very nice, views were amazing, food was great. Had a wonderful time!! You can't find a better hotel.
