Check in wasn’t smooth. They asked so many details ( card and ID checks)including preauthorised money deposit of £100 which were not mentioned/ informed at the time I booked the hotel.It took me 20 -25min to argue and getting the room. It is better to check with them about the requirements to check in for smooth and speedy check in. Room was clean and comfortable.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Chelsea Guest House - for the cost, the value of the room is fantastic. Staff are always helpful and friendly, and the location is good, and well connected.

Very clean and good service.  Location is good and walk 15 mins to the nearest station which is acceptable.

The hotel was very clean, the room tiny, the only cons that there is no AC in the room and it was hot. Staff very friendly too.

Hotel was convenient for what we required. The down side was that I’d booked a secure parking space and had an email as proof that this was the case, but when I asked about this, the receptionist said it was full. It was implied that I should have rang to confirm the space too! In this day and age ??? I had an email confirming - anyway I was advised to park on the street … I think this is pretty poor … though I didn’t let it mess up my stay - such a shame and no compensation either … just a ‘ this has never happened before’ … well it’s happened now!

Rooms were cozy and spotless (loved the big sunny windows – rare in London) Awesome Stay with Super Helpful Staffs. Big thanks to Katrina and Agnes! They totally saved my day when I needed to print U.S. visa docs last-minute before my London appointment. Super quick, even checked the pages for me – so nice!

Clean and comfotable, with easy access to central London. However, the room we had was at street level at the front of the building, 374 Wandsworth Rd, with no double glazing or soundproofing. Wandsworth Rd is very busy at all hours and even earplugs could not help. Future guests should ask to stay at the main building, 372 Wandsworth Rd, in the extension which stretches away from the road at the rear of the building.

My daughter and I stayed in a twin room on arrival member of staff was very friendly, showed us to our room and was very helpful. Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable room had what we needed. We did ask for a quiet room but some of the other guests were very quiet but didn't ruin our stay. Location was good for the embassy and underground wasn't far away to visit the rest of London. Good stay

I look forward to staying at Chelsea Guest Hotel tomorrow. Sadly I had to cancel my travel arrangements this sfternoon

Booked this hotel for an overnight stay as daughter was sorting her visa to the states. Booking was really easy. The room was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfy and everywhere was clean and tidy. The staff on the desk were polite and very easy to deal with. I would consider using this hotel again.

Bed and bathroom very clean but carpet is very dirty (to the point where you do not want to walk on it bare foot). Location a bit dodgy, not exactly befitting the 'Chelsea' name. Staff very friendly and helpful, and decent value for money.

A good place to stay with a reasonable price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone was helpful, the only drawback was no AC. Good restaurants and transit systems nearby.
