Very small room it was definitely not an executive room that we booked and the cleanliness and maintenance standards was very bad specially for the money that we had paid. A Premier Inn would have been much more cleaner and in better condition than these rooms .

We had a great stay at The Tower Hotel. Prime location and amazing views of the Tower Bridge. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay at the Tower Bridge Hotel, great view from our room of the Bridge and river Thames, and thanks to receptionist Wei-Jiang for the upgrade and useful information about where to eat and go. Easy reach of the rube system and fantastic stay all round. Would very much recommend this hotel to others.

The Tower Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's elegant ambiance, coupled with its modern amenities, created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made it easy to explore the city. I will definitely be returning to The Tower Hotel on my next trip to London.

We had a room over looking the river and tower. There was some work going on outside our room. It didn’t really bother us but it would have been nice to have been told about it at the time of booking.

Room with view of tower bridge is a must. Could sit all night and just watch out. Hotel super clean. Concierge very friendly and helpful.

If you are considering this hotel, you have to have the tower bridge view. The room is clean and comfortable enough for our 3 nights in London. 10 mins walk to Tower Hill Station for tube connectivity. Costa cafe is next door, together with Tesco Express unless you prefer the hotel breakfast spread.

We got one of the smallest rooms but for a two night stay it was perfect. Clean room and comfy beds. The restaurant is very nice too.

Location and service was great, room was not ready by 5pm but we were provided free drinks at the restaurant beside hotel (Vicnity). Room view was perfect, looking out at majestic Tower Bridge view. However, cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

Goods location...near London Bridge....unfortunately quite a classic hotel with rather slow outdated elevators...doesn't have much security cameras especially along the hotel corridors except inside the elevator itself. Good for a short stays

I had a great stay at The Tower Hotel in London, easily the best hotel experience of the trip. The location is stunning, right by Tower Bridge, with beautiful views and easy access to key attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything in perfect order. Service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and professional staff. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and high standards throughout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
