There is no hot water and the fan is out of order. The service is just acceptable.

The hotel was more than expected, clean, nice location and the breakfast was perfect

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. It was the mid of July, but the AC was not working, not to mention that it consumed most of the space in the room (which was tiny, but that is understandable for the price). But the worst surprise we got upon our arrival, was that the toilet was clogged and full of human faeces. Breakfasts were OK, but not great. Would not recommend.

It was ok for the price. However they did not offer enough amenities. It was good to include breakfast though.

Rooms are very clean and thw hotel is in a great location for the price.

住過帕丁頓火車站附近幾家類似價格水平的酒店，這家看上去比較新。早餐也相對豐富一點。但是這次住的單人間在一樓，旁邊就是前台，比較吵。跟服務員説換房間也説沒得換。感覺一般吧。

Ok: It's ok if you have in mind it's a low-budget hotel. The price is ok, considering breakfast is included. Though the options for breakfast are always the same, it's appreciated to have fruit, dietary, proteins, and juice (not to mention. The people in the restaurant are always busy and helpful. The hotel has lifts, which is always good when carrying heavy luggage. Not ok: I booked a two singles room, and this place only has one room with two singles, situated on the underfloor. The room is small. It turns a bit difficult to move around, but it is still acceptable. The bathroom is ok, including shampoo, conditioner, and on. For me, the main concern was the mattress, which needed to be replaced. They are uncomfortable. If you stay more than a couple of days, your back could suffer. Suggestions: - A room for keeping luggage would be a plus. - Another room with two singles on the upper floors would be appreciated.

The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. The area nearby look safe to me. Walking distance to underground station, and a lot of shops/restaurant near the station. Also waking distance to Hyde Park.

It's a nice enough property. Service was good. They upgraded me to an apartment which was nice. The apartment was a bit cool, but I appreciated that for sleeping.

Perfect location near everything. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Easy and cheap transit to all attractions.

We had a lovely stay at the "Duke of Keinster" hotel: comfortable beds, good breakfast, sparkling clean and great service. To European guests: be aware that British hotels have smaller rooms than what you're used to. We will definetely stay here the next time we're visiting London.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were great and very friendly. The room was well maintained and clean. But the hotel, in my opinion, was very, very cramped. The room which was meant for 4 people was too small, with very little space for our clothes and luggage. Even though we only slept in there, there was very little space to manoeuvre around the room. The dining room at breakfast was crowded. The lift was so small and left me feeling claustrophobic. The room was far too hot as well. There was an air conditioning unit available. However, the only available plug for it was in the tiny space that was free. Overall it was nice but not sure if I'd return due to how cramped it felt.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. Satisfactory breakfast. Everything was great.

Service from staff is exelent. both the breakfast staff and the reception staff is doing their outmost to please the guests. Bathrooms are very small and the same goes for the escalator. but despides that the hotel is near perfect when it comes to location
