Fabulous Hotel, everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff are friendly very knowledgeable and helpful The location is great too, walkable to lots of restaurants nearby and the concierge recommendations were excellent too. We had a special occasion whilst there and they allowed us to use their car to be taken to the venue.

Exquisite hotel, beautifully designed and attention to detail. Everything about it was understated and classy. The staff were lovely and attentive. The room was comfortable with everything catered for. The breakfast was delightful and the service impeccable. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Mayfair, in art deco style. Excellent location and exemplary service, from concierge to reception, the whole staff in general was very kind and attentive. We were given an upgrade to a room with a terrace on the top floor, the size was just what we needed and really enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace! Me and my husband had dinner in the restaurant; the ribeye and the steak tartare were just superb, paired with a bottle of Sancerre Rouge, suggested by the sommelier Giorgio. Highly recommended for couples and family escaping the mondane. Would definitely come back!

just got back from the most relaxing vacay ever! this hotel really knows how to make you feel zen. the whole place has this super chill vibe, from the soothing color scheme to the soft background music. spent hours by the pool just soaking up the sun and good vibes. even the staff seemed super relaxed, but still totally on top of things. if you're looking to destress and unwind, this is definitely the spot. left feeling like a whole new person!

To describe this hotel in one word for me. Exquisite. I stayed here having flown into London from Singapore and it was a place that I was looking forward to staying at for the night. I was meeting a family member who was working while staying at the hotel. What a place! The location is quiet for its location in Central London. You can walk to Hyde Park exceptionally quickly and then venture to the shopping areas of Oxford Street and Bond Street with ease. We shared a Superior Studio room which was more to than enough to accommodate two adults. The room had an amazing parquet flooring mini hallway with a small but fully formed mini dressing room, full size bathroom, well stocked mini bar and generous snacks etc. There was an abundance of reading material and an exceptionally large flat screen television. The decor brought back a sense was of traditional elegance, but it was deceivingly high spec and modern. Here you had a look that would accommodate any traditionalist looking for old school style with the functionality to appease all gadget hungry travellers. My experience with the staff, was overall, on par with the surroundings. I chose to use the valet parking which was extremely efficient and the service on arrival was impeccable and faultless. I did not need to say a word except ‘yes’ and ‘thankyou’ and the gentlemen who manned it, were professionals. Unfortunately, there was a bizarre moment when my luggage didn’t arrive to my room and when I went to find it, found myself at one point surrounded by approximately five hotel staff looking at me and each other. For a moment, it was slightly unsettling and most likely over exuberance in service orientated inquisition but one person would have sufficed. Eitherway, I left the situation with full confidence it was a mere oversight. Who is this place for? Really anyone who wants a wow hotel experience. Backed by a core of well trained staff, this is a place to enjoy yourself (for any occasion), to feel spoilt and an extraordinary base to explore London in all its beauty. It does come at a price of course but this hotel is reassuringly opulent and worth it, if you choose.

We didn't stay overnight in this lovely, very clean and exclusive hotel. The Afternoon Tea was a great experience to our 10. wedding anniversary. A quiet and cosy place in the tearoom. Traditional english the design. The staff was professionell and very friendly. Food was really well prepared and taste delicious and looked perfect too! Tea with roses was lovely. And for free we get a plate, full of exclusive fruits for our wedding celebration. The Afternoon tea in "The Beaumont" was a lot more than we expected! Go there and have a wonderful afternoon!

This was a great experience and worth every penny. Setting was elegant and spacious. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and servings plentiful. Tea was lovely. Cocktails delicious. Attention to detail was noteworthy. Would highly recommend.

I travel frequently, and I must say, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is truly exceptional, making you feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. Their friendliness and attentiveness set this hotel apart from any other I've experienced. Thank you so much to Ariana and Isabella for going above and beyond! They truly made my trip to London very special and a big reason why I will be returning. As well as Colin, Jeff, Jim, Catailen and the entire team! I've never enjoyed staying at a hotel as much as this one. 10/10, I will only book this hotel when traveling to London.
