We were offered a disability room which we didn’t want, the toilet looked like a hospital toilet, we asked for another room but we were told that the hotel was full! The hot water shower temperature was also limited for disability safety! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel offers great value for money — it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Stratford Station and right next to the shopping centre. The breakfast here was absolutely the best!

I booked a twin room for my daughter and I as we were spending the day at Westfields and then going into London for MJ the Musical. I parked my car in the hotel car park which was great. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant, which is something we don't usually do but we were glad that we did! The food was good value and tasty! Breakfast in the morning was also very good! We have zero complaints. Great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located within a short walk of Stratford Station and the bus terminal. Friendly staff. Breakfast is included, but offering more variety would enhance the experience for guests staying multiple nights.

Brilliant service. Nothing was top much for them. Excellent staff. When we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very informative. Would defo book here again. Perfect place to stay for the ABBA arena

The room has a double bed that is not formed from 2 single beds like other hotel does. A sofa bed and side table which provide ample space. Comes with Dove body soap and shampoo. USB ports and power socket on both sides of the bed. Ample power socket in the room. A standard American breakfast during our stay. Short walking distance 7mins to the train station if you know the correct exit (Way out to Gibbins Road) from the train stn. Photos as in their listing.

So many hotels are getting rid of front desks and the staff behind them so it was refreshing to see this still in existence at the holiday Inn. Friendly staff who were able to assist with all requests, super convenient on site car park and a breakfast spread to satisfy all ages and tastes. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Very impressed overall

Great location for anyone who wants to visit ABBA Arena. Clean, decent breakfast, not far from Stratford
