Breakfast is pretty good! Room coffee is not enough for me.
Location good but there is a small walk between the hotel and the metro station.
Room heater is not very good, but room is pretty clean and the service is bravo.
To be honest, if the price is about 110-120 it will be the best choice!
Pretty good in general!

Housekeeping was horrible, the lady was very impolite and didn’t want to clean my room. Breakfast was ok, basic but good. Front office staff very welcoming and kind. Ping Pong table was fun!

Horrendous stay. It was only 2 nights, but on the first night they told us they had no rooms, and our booking should never have been accepted in the first place. it took half an hour of us waiting till they changed their minds and suddenly there was a room.
On the second night, we were woken multiple times by a crazy neighbour who had taken to slamming a door about 30 times in the space of two minutes, over and over again. Instantly complained on trip.com and had video evidence of this.
we tried to speak to the manager at checkout, but no managers were available to speak to us. when we continued the complaint on trip.com, the hotel said they couldn’t give us any compensation because we hadn’t complained at checkout!
in the end we got £10 of trip coins for a horrible £400 stay. If you have a nice experience, the hotel is great. but if you have problems, you’ll get 0 help.
Everyone was very helpful. we got there before checkin and they stored our baggsge and let is eat the breakfast. Taniqua even came up to our room to help solve a problem.
