The location of this unit is excellent as a bus stop is just around the corner. The nearest subway station isn't too far away either. However if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, this unit might not be suitable to you as there are no lifts within the premise. In addition, the level of communication could be better as I had a number of queries but only 1 out of 3 got responded.

The apartment is well situated. Instructions about access were clear. The washer and the dishwasher were appreciated. The apartment is pretty tiny. Even though the apartment had been cleaned, the mattress was dirty (stains, hair, etc.), the walls show scratches. The neighbors are quiet but the door does not filter any noise (you'll here people coming and going in the building). Good for the price but could improve on mattress cleaning and sound proofing.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.

這是一間自助入住的房子，大門是黑色的，旁邊是一家咖啡館，要注意查收郵箱入住詳情！房子非常緊湊不通透，床在樓上，樓梯很陡峭。如果入住的是倫敦夏天白天有27，28°的時候，那麼房間裏面非常悶熱，做飯更是熱死，晚上睡覺必須開窗！建議這個民宿配好電風扇！

棉被有污漬，床單上有使用過的垃圾袋，沐浴乳和洗髮精嚴重不足，有衣櫥內的小蟲爬出來，燙衣板該換了 優點：位置方便，設備齊全，WiFi 非常順暢
