Love the food court and massage shopping mall nail salon whatever you want is all nearby

The female reception declined my special request stating there is no such request, quite an unpleasant encounters with this reception personnel.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location — surrounded by plenty of food options and just a short walk from Grand Batam Mall. The washroom felt a little narrow, which might be slightly uncomfortable for male guests. One small thing — we had ordered layer cakes for delivery, and there might have been a miscommunication, as we weren't informed when it arrived. Perhaps the staff did try to notify us, and we missed it.

My multiple times stay in this hotel. Location is excellent with shopping malls and great food around. There's also wholesale shops behind the hotel that you can buy gifts for kids.

Pretty decent & clean room for 2 nights stay. For toothbrush/toothpaste have to request from counter. Location 100%! Room soundproof quite bad so might not be suitable for light sleeper.

Nearby to A2 Food Court, BCS shopping centre , many Spa and Massage Palour, Grand Mall shopping..What you need is nesr the hotel.

Good location, close to everything. but lobby essence need too strong.

The location of the hotel is very good with batam city square at one end and grand batam at the other end! And there’s also a wet market just behind the hotel. Food wise there a2 foodcourt just opposite the hotel and also there’s coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance with numerous options to choose from… room wise its good enough for me but the toilet is a little bit cannot make it… little small for me through… other than that all is good!

Our first try stays in this hotel...since the location was good turn out to be so disappointed! Just cant elaborate much...but for sure we'll will never stays in that hotel ever again.......

Room is very small usually deluxe room is big and huge when I came in to the room is standard room same toilet very small very disappointed

Overall, clean only that the toilet will flood if bath. Otherwise for the amount to stay 1 night is still recommended.

Simple, clean, convenient, cheap. Overall great value for money! Choice of many Singaporeans coming to Batam for relaxation.

As stated, there was no toothpaste and toothbrush, so if you didn't bring your own, you need to ask from the counter. Unlike other Hotels whether you use or don't, they still provide it.
