Emplacement bien mais commodités j'ai pas trop aimé , les chambres sont très petites , pas d'aération

初めてのルアーブル訪問で、宿泊しました。ビーチや駅、市内にも近く便利だと思います。朝食の種類も多くて美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la catena Mercure offre sempre un buon comfort. Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate. Un’ottima scelta. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non essendo particolarmente affamate al mattino, ci sembrava inutile spendere a testa 17 euro.

I always find the Mercure chain very efficient and comfortable. This hotel was the same with an excellent location and a very special atmosphere, namely the reception was like the continuation of the bar. Our room was a prestige room with a special living room area which gave us more space. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. They also had a selection of teas to choose from ( not just teabags). Dinner was also good, we enjoyed the seafood stew.

The party music in the evening/night is so loud that you can hear it and feel the disco beats in every room. The whole hotel is shaking and no sleep/rest/work is possible (even on upper floors). I asked reception to turn down the volume a bit (at least at sleep time) but they refused. This is unbearable and disrespectful towards hotel guests. We won’t come again.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Bed was very comfortable angled room was good size. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Even better would be some bigger towels as the one were small and thin and some towel rails. Location was great with plenty of restaurants around. Local live music was in the bar which was a great atmosphere

Very good location within walking distance of city centre. Nice room and bathroom and very comfy bed. Good breakfast with plenty of cold and hot dishes. Very professional and attentive staff. Highly recommended for both leisure and business.

I expect a four star hotel to have some kind of service for their guests. I am on a business trip and I want to fix my shirt in the morning due travel and there is no iron. They say that they have 6 of them but havent had them returned, when I ask if they can check with those gusets they say they will check oif they have out them outside thoe rooms. So now I am sitting wiaiting in my room. I am not so confident that they check outside the rooms either as the tray with old food has been sitting outside in the hallway since last night.

This is a standard Mercure with a very good service. It is well located. It is a walking distance from all the major attractions. Guilherme the bar-man helps with everything needed. The view is beautiful.

Très bel hôtel, chambre calme, emplacement très bien positionné, facile d’accès à partir de la route ou de la gare Equipe accueillante. Chambre très bien équipée avec une literie neuve. Petit déjeuner continental en buffet achalandé copieusement.

Cela fait plusieurs séjours que j'ai effectués dans cet hôtel, la prestation est restée inchangée: personnel jeune et aimable, souriant et disponible. Que demander de plus ! J'ai à chaque fois bénéficié la chambre surclassée Privilège: grand espace, propre, vue sur le bassin et une très bonne literie. Bref, c'est une de mes adresses préférées. Merci à toute votre équipe !

Établissement contemporain, décoré avec goût. Le personnel est très agréable, accueil parfait même en pleine nuit. Notre chambre pour 3 personnes était suffisamment spacieuse, moderne, literie de qualité, équipée d’une machine à café, une bouilloire et un frigo. Buffet petit-déjeuner complet et varié. Très bien situé non loin du Carré des Docks et du centre-ville.

Posizione defilata rispetto al centro , un bell'edificio piuttosto curato ma , affacciandosi sul bacino , oggetto di miasmi se il vento non gira giusto ! Pessimo episodio all'accoglienza dove mi viene negato con maleducazione uno spuntino - cena in camera (ero molto stanca) subito accettato quando ho detto che lo avrei pagato a parte ( da notare che cena e camera erano state prepagate in origine , viaggiando io con un tour organizzato ). Improvvisamente questa ragazzotta piuttosto antipatica e subricca , ha cominciato a sorridere melliflua e prospettarmi ogni possibilità , brutta cosa il soldo ... A parte ciò , camera bella e ampia , letto a tre piazze , pulizia perfetta , kit bagno completo , una bella vista sul bacino , ottima cena in camera servita e riverita . So inoltre che alcuni compagni di viaggio , che erano usciti per fumare , ed erano quindi all'esterno dell'hotel, sono stati invitati ad allontanarsi ulteriormente ... diciamo che la gentilezza in questo Mercure è un optional ...
