Situated at a quiet location. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Just need several minutes to supermarket and shops.

Great accommodation centrally located to the Launceston CBD where the employees were kind , courteous and of the utmost very professional in the execution of their duties to the customers. Certainly I found the level of service to be of a very high standard and enjoyed my stay immensely.

Team was helpful. Room was good. Location was easy. Appreciated the option to not have the room cleaned daily and get a little bonus. Would be good to have a microwave, and a couple more pieces of crockery. Not having the restaurant (or at least a few room service options) available on weekends wasn't ideal.

Friendly staff, good parking, a coffee pod machine for when you wanted to mooch in your room, an excellent cafe opposite the property and easy walking to shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful property that is superbly maintained and extremely clean. The staff was kind and professional, doing everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nicole in the dining room was a perfect representative of the kind of service we received. She was always pleasant and listened to our needs and did everything to ensure we were happy. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The chair for the desk was heavy and did not move easily when we wanted to use it. The shower cubicle is small. While it wasn't a problem for me, it was a challenge for my husband as he is not as flexible as me. He told me he didn't wash below his knees the entire visit. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough. The bulbs seemed to brighten the longer they were on but still were not adequate for shaving and other personal care. The blinds in the room are beautiful but are not really good at room darkening. If you need a dark room after the sun comes up, you might be challenged. This hotel is easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and convenient to downtown with many lovely shops and parks. We loved the hotel and would likely stay here if we come back to Launceston.

The room is quite old and needs some improvements. The blinds are ripped, the mattress is sunken, and the elevator is broken, having been stuck at level 3, and as a result, we had to wait a while for it. The staff is nice, and the breakfast is not too bad.

Only a brief stay but hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room big and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room, bathroom were clean. Bed was comfy. Fridge had milk . Nescafé coffee pods were excellent. The restaurant on the premises had good choices. There are several eateries just in walking distance. Front desk staff are friendly and polite. Views from our room were fantastic.
