Normally good hotel for the price, not this time. No upgrades noisy people running up and down the halls, traffic really laud right through the room. Terrible tv channels. Very small tv…

Check in was slow with a line up of guests. Elevator had dirty floors. Room is very clean but right on the highway. I was “upgraded” to this room that’s incredibly noisy. Nice staff at front desk. But won’t stay here again.

The bed was clean, but otherwise, the room itself needed sooooo much maintenance - battered furniture, bathroom had cracked tiles, peeling wallpaper, blackened caulking, uncleared exterior windows. Rooms are poorly insulated - loud road noise and people in hall. Costly room for what was provided.

Everything is great except the kids that run down the hallways. Somewhat noisy but other than that, it’s a great place to stay

have been at this hotel many times, this room was not as good as the other rooms i have had, nothing major, i would still come back to this hotel.

Mostly good experience. Nice room. Just Hockey groups were very noisy, hard to sleep. Clean except bathroom picture frame has a lot of splashing marks (spray?) on it.

HORRIBLE, wifi is NOT secure and one sign in was enough for a hacker to clear my bank account … could hear every little sound in the hotel so sleeping was impossible… Really hope the staff will take time to ensure better wifi protection.. Sandman please do better
