Không tốt lắm. Không muốn giới thiệu. Dịch vụ dọn phòng tuyệt vời, nhưng nhân viên lễ tân thì không tốt.

Thời gian lưu trú tại khách sạn rất tuyệt nhưng cơ sở vật chất không làm tôi hài lòng.. ý tôi là nhân viên khách sạn nói rằng khách hàng cần yêu cầu tầm nhìn ra biển để chúng tôi vào phòng nhìn ra biển.. nếu không thì hồ bơi & quầy bar rất ấm cúng với gió biển dịu nhẹ & tầm nhìn đẹp .. bãi đậu xe dễ dàng hơn., khách sạn cần bao gồm nhiều ân xá hơn để có kỳ nghỉ tốt đẹp..

The hotel has a good place near the sea. Swimming pool is big, clean and with seaview. The rooms are small. The restaurants food is good. The breakfast is not good. Quality has to be better in the future.

Short stay at the resort hotel. Comfortable and relaxing. Good service as well. However, the breakfast buffet seems a bit lower in standard. Not much variety and some food stalls need to wait a long queue.

The resort is in a good location in Kuah. It is quite near to Splash Out and you can just walk to the place if you planned to visit a water them park. There is sufficient parking space and not need to be paid. Our unit is quite spacious but the shower heads in our bathroom are not functioning well. Not much amenities offered.

We had a very good stay at Bella Vista Hotel in Langkawi! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, especially for those who want to stay in Kuah, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The pool bar was a fantastic spot to relax, offering great drinks at reasonable prices. The food was also good, making it convenient to dine in. The only downside was that the pool was closed for several days, which was a bit disappointing. However, despite this, we still had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Kuah.

Just having a short stay during CNY eve. In front the hotel, is the famous Wonderland Restaurant that serve affordable Chinese Style Seafood. Hotel seem a bit old. Room is ok-ish. Sound proofing is not so good. For this room price I can say is a good deal. There is a seaside nearby the swimming pool but no beach. Just can enjoy the view.

My family and I had a good lunch at Bella Vista room service. Location is near to jetty and kuah shopping area but our room toilet is not working. Room telephone doesnt working. Remote tv is not functioning. Your staff are mostly practical foreigner a bit hard to communicate and your senior staff is not helpful. Overall you still can improve your customer service.

They dont change the sheets hair and everything from other people. The soap from somebody else was still there and in the other room as wel. Verry smal. The charged me 20 ringgit when I already paid online. It was refunded the next day. Food was good but bad location

very bad hotel.very very bad, i dont recommend people to book at this hotel. Do not get fool by the photo published in this website. The hotel condition is very old and it looks like low budgt hotel. We arrived at the hotel and went to the room and do not like the room condition. Requested the hotel to cncel the booking and refund, but they denied. Trip.com also cannot help to get my refund. They offered to upgrade the room, but the upgraded ones was not good also. This is very old hotel. Very bad service.

The hotel is fine, free parking available. Beautiful view and swimming pool. The hotel is under renovation, so some parts still ugly and undone. RM100 deposit required and RM3 cukai langkawi. During checkout, they asked you to wait for the room to be checked first. If ok, they will return your deposit. Paid for RM300 but feels like RM50 hotel haha.. wth I asked for extra shower gel but they gave us the soap bars, I wanted the shower gel but they said that is shampoo, not shower gel, but im pretty sure i can read well haha I just accept that maybe they dont want to give. And i would request for extra bottled water, they refused my request either. It is not worth to upset the guest on little things that won't make much difference on your business profit. They need to uplift on that too. It would ruin the entire stay. The hotel wasn't packed too, it was low season.

Bella vista waterfront is good hotel for budget traveler. Location is good. Breakfast well standard. But main problem is old properties. Overall good. I will stay again. Thanks

I don’t think it is as bad as some reviews on Google. Please continue to revive this place. It has lots of potential!
