Tôi đã được đối xử rất tử tế
Nó khá rộng rãi với một bồn tắm và nhà vệ sinh với mức giá này, và nó là thoải mái!
Đặc biệt là vì không có TV hoặc đồ mặc phòng, nhưng tôi không cần nó.
Ngoài ra, vì nhân viên không có trụ sở, tốt hơn là bạn nên liên hệ trước để được giữ hành lý.

I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

Dirty everywhere,and no services, the worst hotel I have seen in Japan.
Super terrible and strongly not recommended to stay** 1. First shocking, reception was nobody when we arrived. After getting help from nice Japanese who stay around neighbor, The service guy who claimed himself as the owner came to welcome with bad attitude and excused himself that he informed how to check-in via message e-mail during the day we came to the hotel (I checked an e-mail, yes the message came at 2.30 PM white I was flying). You kidding me!?, I was so confused that was right work to be delivered an informative customer or not. Also in Japanese language only. 2. The second shocking, the room I got was a super dirty and the picture advertisements in ******* that I booked was contrasted in the reality. The towel had a lot of hairs and the toilet was dirty either. 3. The peak thirdly, Bad manner service guy! the last night staying, we were forced to leave from the living room by the service guy from we met at the first day landed. His manner was so really bad and dare us to give 1 star feedback everywhere on the internet. Yes, I started a pissing, complained him about service and the situation we met. Instead of apologize, he shown his aggressive react and told us to leave if we were unsatisfied this place. Yelling has started from this point, After that, he called the police and accused us that we were attacked him. Be swear, I'm more civilized person enough to know what is the rule of the world saying body harm is crime. Finally, we got a nightmares here and this place ruin our trip in Tokyo. We have been traveling for more than 10 times in Japan and never seen this worst experiences with hotel in Japan. I wrote a comment as an essay because for warning the travelers to do not book this hotel if you don't wanna get a sabotaging trip like us. Cocoro Inn. Won't be back forever!

1)Even though I told the arrival time by phone in advance, there was no staff even if I arrived at that time, and it was a pitch-black room with no lights. There was no phone to call the staff, and I waited for a while, but it was creepy, so when I thought about going out, the staff appeared. 2)There were multiple suspected violations of laws and regulations -There should be information that the inn operator is required by law to collect from customers, but no information was requested. -There was no evacuation route information. -No documents of terms and conditions associated with accommodation -when I made a complaint, they tried to force me to check out, saying, "You seem to be dissatisfied with our hotel, so please check out for a refund." (The staff came to the room and urged me to check out one hour later). -If they were properly accounted for, I would have to collect the accommodation tax from the guest, but the simple receipt I received does not contain any tax breakdown. 3) No COID19 countermeasures have been taken: they didn't check fever, infection/disinfection, vaccination, etc. 4) Unclean room: The futon is damp and smelly. I don't know when it hasn't dried. 5) Insufficient explanation and unacceptable attitude: when i asked "The shower does not get hot”, staff said,"if you're Japanese, we don't have to explain how to get hot water (I'm Japanese, the responder is probably Foreigners)". when I complained "i don't know how to check out as you don't give me any information", the staff said "I have explained by SMS (actually, it was not sent, and sent me after the phone call, saying "usually I send this kind of SMS" and gave me the information. 6) There were too many bad points, but the worst one is that they urged me to check out when I pointed out the bad points. 7) The environment is such that even people without reservations can enter the guest rooms, and hotel staff is usually absent. (The doors of the guest rooms are open until the guest enters.) 8) The room key return post is located at the entrance of the building, but anyone can retrieve the key because the post is open (there is a possibility that a duplicate key will be created). In fact, I had booked for two nights, but I felt uncomfortable and frightened, so I checked out for only one night without a refund.
