Century Helang Hotel

Well designed and renovated. Well done. We came Langkawi years ago and Wings was not founded yet. We cannot remember there was a hotel near airport on the way to Cenang beach. We are surprise with the lobby, pool and restaurant. Newly carpeted corridor and balcony area.Most importantly hotel is very quiet except breakfast time we need to queue, other time the hotel is so spacious we enjoy our privacy and layback a week at pool side.

Fabulous service even before we checked in with correspondence and we dropped off a bag three days before check-in and they held this for us, No issue to Tall, great pool area, staff and management are super friendly. Grounds awesome pool magnificent the entry is enormous and the rooms huge. Can't wait for the already great reviewed breaki tomorrow 🙏

Romantic, lovely and comfort, thats what we experienced at Wings hotel Langkawi. Great pool and breakfast. Friendly tour desk offering A to Z the must try island tour programs. Only if we came early we didnt know there is small island called Koh Lipe from Langkawi. We missed peak season to Koh Lipe, will come again to experience ths wonder.

Outstanding property, very luxurious and fantastic facilities. The staff to us was what really was the best though. We have never been smiled at and cared for anywhere before! We choose Andaman tour package to Koh Lipe in Wings hotel. It was amazing experience ever. Highly recommended.

Best trip this year. Hotel is clean and very close to everywhere in Langkawi. We learn about this hotel from our friend and we are delighted. We were in Langkawi 5 years ago and Wings hotel is the biggest change and surprise. Budget luxury and beautiful pool worth every moment.

Joe and I stayed 3 nights in Wings by Croske hotel and the friendly staff is main reason we extended 1 more night just to enjoy the pool and sun loungers. We feel relaxing and comfortable having our own private time in Langkawi. We had 2 evening ride to Cenang and Kuah town for snacks, and enjoy the pool and gym the rest of the days. Mind and soul refreshed.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Customer service is completely non-existent in this establishment; everything revolves purely around money, and they show no leniency, hiding behind their policies. Due to very unfortunate personal circumstances, I was unable to attend and also couldn't cancel the booking. I kindly requested a review of this situation and even found it reasonable to pay for one night or something similar since they incurred no costs from my absence. However, the staff displayed no empathy and immediately hid behind their policies, stating that a no-show requires payment for the entire booking. Unlike many hotel chains where you might pay for just one night, they insisted on charging for the full booking, even though I booked directly with them and not through an external booking company. Their service orientation is absolutely non-existent, with no willingness to think along or show any empathy. Service-mindedness, consideration, and empathy are at 0.0%.

Family and couple friendly hotel Langkawi. We had an early checkin and the staff is very helpful. Room is large and clean, bedand towels are new and comfy. We like the pool but went for mangrove boat tour and island hopping for 2 days, we wish we could spend 1 more day just enjoy ths pool. Quiet and peaceful resort for those looking for privacies.

Sean and I went to Langkawi for last week of May Koh Lipe trip. We booked Wings resort for its perfect location and close to airport and Cenang beach as well as telaga port. The hotel is very new and clean, nicest staff in Langkawi, amazing pool and food, we enjoy different relaxing vibe in hotel and Koh Lipe. Both almost like twins, we gets to have the sun all day by the pool and no disturbance. We love islands, we love Wings.
