Nice location, walking distance to Chenang Beach..

The Hotel is new. Even the signboard is just a banner. The location on the trip.com map is not accurate. It is not located near Malibest but on the opposite side and 2 minutes away from the main road. But still it is within 5 minutes walk to the beach. Since it is a new hotel, the entire premises is only man by 1 or 2 person and you have to call the phone number at the door to get it open. They couldn’t find my booking on their system and initially ask me to pay even after showing my confirmed booking on my phone. I end up having to pay RM50 for a deposit. My room is on the first floor. There is no lift so you have to drag your luggage up the staircase. The room is big with seats and working table. Overall the hotel is good for a short stay before you find a better hotel. I won’t stay here if not because of the deal on the room prices.

One area of concern was the water pressure, which was disappointingly low. Additionally, despite being moved to a different room, the air conditioning still did not provide adequate cooling. On a positive note, I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. However, it seems that the issues I encountered may stem from a management problem.

Me and my friend were there for two nights. And we two were the only people inside there .am not against pets but the whole hotel smell like cat. The bed makes sounds even if we change side . Felt too much suffocated . at one point we felt like this place is spooky . Gave us goosebumps every time we walk through the corridor A hell of a ******* feeling. Over all my experience was too bad at this hotel . They are still under construction .
