The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

Positive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice. Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely. All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

For the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
