WARNING!! Marriott charges a $35 credit for the resort fee, even when their pool isn’t open. As part of the resort fee, they offer a $35 credit at their Gold Coast Kitchen for each day of your stay. We were staying for two days, so that should have been two $35 credits. We called to confirm how we could use that credit. The representative told us that we could use it at two different visits on the same day, as long as we didn’t use it at the same visit. We attempted to use the first nights credit for breakfast and the second nights at the bar for a cocktail. We were not given the credit at our second visit and my credit card was charged for the full amount. I called and spoke with a manager, she said that the $35 credit could only be used per day and not the same day. She offered to refund my credit card for the full charge for being misled by the representative. The refund was NEVER issued. I called at least 10 times and no one answered the phone, I had to escalate this to corporate and still no refund. I called and spoke with another manager Alexandra, and she is not honoring what the first manager promised. I will not be receiving a refund. Be very careful trying to use that $35 credit, you could be charged for the very overpriced food at Gold Coast Kitchen as a result. As a Gold Elite member I am very disappointed in all the LIES we’ve been told and will NOT be returning.

Pool deck was under maintenance and that whole space was closed. We were not notified when booking and if I had been I would have chosen a different facility.

Beautiful property and the views were wonderful. I never put a review, but I felt like I had to. The lady at the front was great when checking in. I asked for a crib later on in the day in person and I waited for 2hrs, never showed up. I asked again and I was told it's on its way right now. Another hour and nothing. Then I called and they said so sorry coming now. And NOTHING. I found it a little disappointing.

Beautiful hotel! Beautifully on the water. Only downsize Was we were bummed pool was being redone.

The air conditioning was not good and noisy when it was running. I can not sleep all night. The swimming pool is not working even though I have to pay to stay in including the swimming pool service.

The front desk did not call us like they said they would when our room was ready. Also the Starbucks in the lobby the staff did not know how to make coffee drinks and need training. Only one dining place to eat and very expensive.

I had a bay view room on a high floor and the view was incredible. Room was cozy and clean. The best thing I liked about the hotel is that they offer filtered water, which I have never seen at other hotels. The only disappointing thing is that their pool was under construction.
