Pros:
The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth
No loud music at any time, very quiet
Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything
Private beach is a real bonus
The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep
Epic sunsets
Great breakfasts
Cons (being really picky):
The air con unit in our room was a bit loud
The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected
The decor could be updated
We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

TTài khoản kháchFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!!
Pros:
- Stunning location
- Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic!
- Great breakfast selection
- Food available all day
- Clean
- Staff helpful and friendly
- Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free
- Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing
- Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!)
- Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas
Cons:
- One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists
- No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in)
- No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away)
- Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs)
We would most certainly stay here again!

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhVery nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

TTài khoản kháchLove, love, love the view here! Absolutely stunning and peaceful, t’s the perfect place to just relax and do absolutely nothing. The whole hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was excellent — great variety and everything tasted fresh.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay… except for one unexpected guest on my last night mr cockroach that seemed way too confident around humans! It definitely caught me off guard, but aside from that little surprise, everything else was great.

RRACHAN YEEKOBALThey have everything I want, good vibes, hospitality and cleanliness. I could do activities like snorkeling and canoeing here. Moreover, all facilities are mostly new and modern. They have smart tv in all rooms, so I could enjoy all the streaming apps. They also have spas with professional therapists. And a very cool gym. They have Starbucks inside! I'm so sure that I will visit them again.

TTài khoản kháchLovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! I will post her picture here she was really great!

TTài khoản kháchWe have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!
