This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! To Khai, who arranged the birthday surprise for my husband, thank you so much! 🩵

The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

We stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

It’s ok. The location is good and close to the city center mall. Good for a walk or running at the Bay with breathtakingviews. The hotel was clean, the service is just ok. Shower gel was missing and it took 4 hours to get it. There is a washing machine but no liquid. Washing liquid was promised to get soon, but it took half a day and a call to „0“. At the end we were told it will be purchased from a shop at extra costs. (If you wanna wash, bring liquid). The extra bed we pre-ordered was not ready and we had to call „0“ three times. Its all not a problem itself, but many things in just 4 nights is for me just ok. The front desk stuff is always kinda busy and arrogant in communication. Not just friendly and helpful as I expected. Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Will choose another hotel next time.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Doha and had an exceptional experience. First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay. Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

Really loved the hotel - best points include: - Range of restaurants - Two pools! - Sports bar - Room service - Spa - Cafe Quieter location but still really quick to be able to get around all of Doha and Qatar

Khách sạn rất đẹp nhưng dịch vụ không đạt chuẩn 5 sao. Chất lượng dịch vụ khá không đồng đều, một số nhân viên và một số tình huống được xử lý rất tốt, nhưng khách sạn lại thiếu sót ở những khía cạnh khác. Khu vực hồ bơi không có nhân viên nên trong 2 ngày chúng tôi ở đó (lẽ ra chúng tôi sẽ ở lâu hơn nhưng khá nhàm chán), không có đồ ăn thức uống nào được phục vụ. Dành thời gian bên hồ bơi là một phần quan trọng trong kỳ nghỉ của tôi nên điều này thực sự đáng thất vọng. Khi tôi hỏi nhân viên, tôi được cho biết là do không có khách sử dụng hồ bơi nên khu vực này không có nhân viên. Đây không phải là lý do chấp nhận được. Tình huống khác là khi tôi hỏi liệu tôi có thể đổi tiền bằng thẻ không tiếp xúc (chúng tôi quên mang thẻ ngân hàng!) - 2 nhân viên nói là có thể, nhưng khi tôi đến đổi tiền, người quản lý (Nicole) đến và nói rằng thực tế là không thể. Rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Thủ tục nhận phòng rất tốt và Kartik thân thiện và hữu ích. Người đàn ông ở cửa rất, rất hữu ích trong mọi vấn đề và 2 nhân viên tại Alnafourah cũng rất hữu ích và thân thiện. Chúng tôi đã xem bóng đá tại Alnafourah và được đối đãi rất tốt và được bố trí chỗ ở chu đáo. Một sự cố khác xảy ra khi chúng tôi trở về phòng sau khi đi bơi và phòng đã được dọn dẹp, nhưng lại không có khăn tắm! Tôi đã phải gọi hai lần cho bộ phận dọn phòng để báo vì họ phản hồi quá chậm, rồi khi một nhân viên dọn phòng đến, anh ấy nói với tôi rằng khăn tắm sẽ mất một tiếng nữa mới đến! Tôi chưa bao giờ gặp phải chuyện như thế này ở một khách sạn 5 sao. Tôi đã phải xuống quầy lễ tân để giải quyết tình huống và tôi phải nói rằng Nicole đã giải quyết n*** lập tức, quản lý bộ phận dọn phòng đã đến phòng chúng tôi để xin lỗi và tặng một bát trái cây miễn phí. Nicole cũng có một cử chỉ tuyệt vời khi tặng chúng tôi vé vào cửa miễn phí cho bữa tối ”brunch bên hồ bơi” tuyệt đẹp. Đây là một cử chỉ đáng yêu vì đồ ăn được phục vụ rất ngon. Chúng tôi rất trân trọng cử chỉ này. Vị trí của khách sạn không phải là tốt nhất vì không có nhiều hoạt động ở khu vực xung quanh nhưng việc bắt taxi rất dễ dàng, nên điều này không phải là vấn đề quá lớn. Nhìn chung, đây là một khách sạn khá tốt nhưng theo ý kiến ​​của tôi, nó chưa đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao, tuy nhiên giá cả rất hợp lý. Khách sạn đẹp nhưng tôi sẽ không ở lại đây lần nữa. We the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience. The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs. The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat. It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day. Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant! So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE. Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
