CCJ12A beautiful building in a very pleasant area of Colombo; the architecture and interior design of the hotel are a joy to behold and the vast majority of staff are polite and courteous. Plenty of amenities nearby to suit all tastes and interests. The breakfasts were great both mornings (both the Sri Lankan breakfast and the Western style), and they really lived up to the high expectations we’d had from the Instagram marketing we’d seen.
We were upgraded to the North West Suite, which was a larger room, for which we were greatly appreciative; a couple of issues with working plugs and appliances (coffee machine and hair dryer) were reported and rectified, although the wiring/plugs more broadly were temperamental and poorly placed (as expected, possibly, with the charm of an older hotel). However, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was well appointed.
Our only qualm was with the overzealous Head of Housekeeping, who seemed to not grasp the subtlety required for such a role, or the privacy with which guests might like to enjoy the beautiful hotel. It appeared that he lingered all too often in search of a tip, and didn’t quite appreciate the boundaries one might desire when paying a reasonable fee for each night. My wife and I took to speedily locking the door and placing the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the handle to keep his incessant interrupting to a minimum. His deputy was, however, an asset to the hotel, who seemed to comprehend the subtle art of providing high quality service for a luxury stay in a lovely hotel.
All-in-all, a great choice for a hotel in the heart of Colombo, and hopefully, during a busier season, the aforementioned Head of Housekeeping might spread his overbearing attention across the many rooms of the hotel.

RRohana TennakoonI had a fantastic experience at the newly opened ICT Rathnadipa Hotel in Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices.

IIbrahim AzlifCinnamon Life truly lives up to its name as the City of Dreams! The facilities are world-class, offering everything you could possibly need and more. There are plenty of dining options with excellent food outlets to choose from. The gym is well-equipped and maintained, perfect for keeping up with your fitness routine during your stay.
The pool area is spotless and inviting, with attentive onsite lifeguards ensuring safety at all times. The poolside bar is a great place to relax and unwind a perfect spot to chill out after a busy day.
Cinnamon Life is more than just a hotel; it’s a full-fledged business and entertainment centre that has everything under one roof. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

TTài khoản kháchHotel is in the heart of Colombo and very prominent location in Sri Lanka. I love the garden view. Food is excellent choices. Staff everyone is very courteous and well organise and presentable. All staff are consistently helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Kamani ,Randil and Imesh. I will definitely comeback to this hotel when my next visit. My appreciation to all staff members during my stay.

TTài khoản kháchPhòng mình có mùi như xả nước, mùi nồng nặc thật sự làm mình bị bệnh mỗi ngày. Nhân viên cố gắng làm ẩm mốc mùi bằng bỏ thuốc xuống thoát nước, nhưng một khi sử dụng những vòi thì mùi lại. Tôi đã xem các bài đánh giá về mùi, nhưng nghĩ đó là vấn đề tạm thời lúc đã viết. Rèm rèm có vẻ bẩn và cần được giặt giản. Ngoài ra phòng rộng rãi máy lạnh hoạt động tốt.
Phong cảnh đẹp với các tàu chạy qua hàng ngày chống lại sóng biển. Nhà hàng Bigspoon cách đó vài bước chân phục vụ một phần lớn - phải thử. Tuktuks và taxi cũng được đậu ngay trước khách sạn. Hy vọng mùi rò rỉ sẽ được giải quyết sớm ... đó là một khách sạn tốt nhưng mùi đó sẽ không bao giờ khiến tôi đặt nó nữa.

BBeeshman BahiradanHotel Nippon Colombo offers a decent stay with a few hits and misses. The rooms were okay — fairly clean, but could use some updating in terms of decor and maintenance. Service was polite but a bit slow at times, and certain amenities felt a little dated.
That said, the food was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant really impressed us with flavorful Sri Lankan dishes and a variety of options that felt authentic and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the meals consistently stood out and were the highlight of the stay.

D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you. E nice they be nice easy peasy xox
