The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made my stay even more memorable: Mr. Andrew, Lasantha, Minuri, Erandi, and Dinethma from the Front Office – your hospitality and warm service were outstanding. You all went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciate your efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to coming back soon!

CCJ12A beautiful building in a very pleasant area of Colombo; the architecture and interior design of the hotel are a joy to behold and the vast majority of staff are polite and courteous. Plenty of amenities nearby to suit all tastes and interests. The breakfasts were great both mornings (both the Sri Lankan breakfast and the Western style), and they really lived up to the high expectations we’d had from the Instagram marketing we’d seen. We were upgraded to the North West Suite, which was a larger room, for which we were greatly appreciative; a couple of issues with working plugs and appliances (coffee machine and hair dryer) were reported and rectified, although the wiring/plugs more broadly were temperamental and poorly placed (as expected, possibly, with the charm of an older hotel). However, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was well appointed. Our only qualm was with the overzealous Head of Housekeeping, who seemed to not grasp the subtlety required for such a role, or the privacy with which guests might like to enjoy the beautiful hotel. It appeared that he lingered all too often in search of a tip, and didn’t quite appreciate the boundaries one might desire when paying a reasonable fee for each night. My wife and I took to speedily locking the door and placing the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the handle to keep his incessant interrupting to a minimum. His deputy was, however, an asset to the hotel, who seemed to comprehend the subtle art of providing high quality service for a luxury stay in a lovely hotel. All-in-all, a great choice for a hotel in the heart of Colombo, and hopefully, during a busier season, the aforementioned Head of Housekeeping might spread his overbearing attention across the many rooms of the hotel.

The pool area is spotless and inviting, with attentive onsite lifeguards ensuring safety at all times. The poolside bar is a great place to relax and unwind a perfect spot to chill out after a busy day. Cinnamon Life is more than just a hotel; it’s a full-fledged business and entertainment centre that has everything under one roof. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

Staff everyone is very courteous and well organise and presentable. All staff are consistently helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Kamani ,Randil and Imesh. BBeeshman BahiradanHotel Nippon Colombo offers a decent stay with a few hits and misses. The rooms were okay — fairly clean, but could use some updating in terms of decor and maintenance. Service was polite but a bit slow at times, and certain amenities felt a little dated. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant really impressed us with flavorful Sri Lankan dishes and a variety of options that felt authentic and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the meals consistently stood out and were the highlight of the stay.

Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you.
