TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

MMaureen AwYêu mọi thứ ở khách sạn này. Khách sạn có suối nước nóng nhìn ra thành phố. Phòng tập thể dục được bảo trì tốt. Nhân viên nói tiếng Anh tốt. Điểm trừ duy nhất của tôi là sự thiếu linh hoạt của hệ thống/nhân viên. Tôi đã đặt 2 phòng riêng biệt và khi nhận phòng, tôi đã báo với nhân viên để được sắp xếp cùng một phòng cho những đêm liên tiếp. Tuy nhiên, họ vẫn bắt chúng tôi trả phòng trước 11 giờ sáng và trả lại chìa khóa phòng, rồi lại bắt chúng tôi nhận phòng lúc 3 giờ chiều. Trong suốt thời gian đó, không ai dọn phòng cho chúng tôi, nên phòng vẫn giữ nguyên tình trạng như trước khi chúng tôi rời đi nhưng chúng tôi lại không thể vào phòng. Thành thật mà nói, điều đó thật bực bội.

TTài khoản kháchBeppu Hostel U&T is outstanding in many areas of the hospitality industry. The premise is squeaky clean, the Japanese style beds were comfy & snug. The staff were helpful, courteous & we noted went about their chores unintrusively. The coin-operated washing machines & driers were easy to operate. We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere in the common area & astonishing array of beverages provided free for guests. We liked it's central location just across from Beppu Tower & short walking distance to stores & cafes. Highly recommended!

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhThe room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view.

KKinglum•the hotel is new and clean •the have free parking space •the view of the sea is superb •the breakfast set is delicious •loved the games night it was fun •the foot bath is great with the sea view •the coffee at the lounge is good but they should provide some japanese snacks •the popcicle after onsen is delicious •the onsen is small but it was nice and clean •the dinner took a long time to eat we didn’t liked the appetizers but the sashimi was fresh and the hotpot was good with lobsters.hotate and puffer fish •we missed the show at 21:30pm •the free ramen is delicious we had fun making the ramen •the bed was soft and we had a great sleep

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danhgood value for money! would definitely stay again location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often. food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious! onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins) staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

MMoon RockThe staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break. The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities. I will definitely be back here when I return.
