The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

Nằm cạnh cửa hàng Don Quijote, vị trí rất thuận tiện cho việc mua sắm đêm khuya. Chỉ mất khoảng 10 phút đi bộ đến bến xe buýt sân bay và ga Beppu. Khu vực xung quanh không quá ồn ào, nhưng có tầm nhìn ra biển bên kia đường nên tôi chẳng bao giờ dùng đến nhà vệ sinh, haha. Khách sạn căn hộ mới khai trương này giúp bạn dễ dàng mua thực phẩm và tự nấu ăn trong phòng – tận hưởng những nguyên liệu chất lượng cao với giá cả phải chăng. Thật bất ngờ, có một suối nước nóng ngoài trời nhỏ nhưng rất thoải mái trên sân thượng với tầm nhìn ra biển! Có vẻ như sẽ có một nhà hàng yakiniku (thịt nướng) trong tương lai. Dịch vụ lễ tân rất thân thiện. Không có nhân viên lễ tân vào đêm khuya, nhưng mã kiểm soát ra vào đảm bảo an ninh. Có máy bán đồ uống tự động ở sảnh với nhiều loại đồ uống – rất tiện lợi!

Beppu Hostel U&T is outstanding in many areas of the hospitality industry. The premise is squeaky clean, the Japanese style beds were comfy & snug. The staff were helpful, courteous & we noted went about their chores unintrusively. The coin-operated washing machines & driers were easy to operate. We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere in the common area & astonishing array of beverages provided free for guests. We liked it's central location just across from Beppu Tower & short walking distance to stores & cafes. Highly recommended!

第一次去別府，選了這家2025年新開業有私湯、海景可以走到海地獄等景點的温泉酒店，太驚喜啦！ 位置/設施： 酒店在鐵論温泉附近的山上，面朝別府港大海方向，上山的幾百米車需幾道盤旋公路而上，一點小刺激！酒店樹木環繞，旁邊衹有另一個酒店及神社，非常寧靜。我們被升級的別墅（B-2）非常大，卧室有三張雙人床，還有和室、客廳、餐廳、廚房、庭院、游泳池（夏天才有水）、室內、室外温泉池、室外桑拿、兩個洗手間等，院子非常私密，但從庭院可以看到別府的海及山下多處温泉蒸汽噴發的美景。 餐飲： 套餐包含晚餐及早餐：晚餐從5:30到8:00，需最晚7:30到達。兩餐選擇豐富、食物質量非常好，餐盤也非常精緻。晚餐每人有一份現煎的和牛及大鮑魚。早餐雞蛋、培根、香腸也是現做的… 服務： 用攜程提供的郵件（英文）回覆非常快，告知下午在別府站有四次免費接站2:30/3:30/4:30/5:30。我們開始選的5:30，但當天臨時改到4:30也沒有問題。酒店派了一輛出租車來接我們。到了酒店，大堂接待的前台居然可以説中文，非常耐心地和我們介紹酒店的服務與設施！ 傍晚，在小院裏泡好温泉去吃飯時發現很多客人都是穿着酒店的睡衣去進食的，好鬆弛！早飯後，我們沒有選擇酒店上午的免費送站服務，步行下山到海地獄（很近），city walk到海邊 （50分鐘左右），再🚖回酒店取行李/到別府站（4000元）。 酒店説如果想享用公共温泉，可以享用他們的姐妹酒店，走路5分鐘，留給下次！ 酒店入住率感覺挺高的（很多小院外都有停車），但多説日語/韓語。發現還沒有點評，開筆分享這家難忘的海邊温泉度假酒店！

The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. The location is good if you drive but is about 1km walk to Beppu Tower and a bit more from the night street. But I’d happily trade that for the spacious room and the wonderful sea and sunrise view.

good value for money! would definitely stay again location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often. food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious! onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins) staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

The staff is friendly and speaks English well; the place is quiet and cozy, and the location is perfect. It’s almost a distance to Beppu tourist attractions, especially the Beppu tower and Beppu JR stations. The hostel is also located near the port area, where you can relax and take a break. The hostel also has a cafe, a spacious kitchen, and an artificial hot spring. Although some amenities are not included, you have to purchase them at the front desk, the accommodation cost is relatively cheap, so that’s okay. It's a good thing I have my own towels and other amenities. I will definitely be back here when I return.

Vị trí tuyệt vời đối diện nhà ga và nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng tắm khá bẩn, thực sự khó chịu nhưng nhìn chung tôi hài lòng với sự tiện lợi của khách sạn.
