Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

We arrived by a beautiful boat ride to this stunning place. Ronald and all the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The view from our room was breathtaking. We love this place and will definitely come back ❤️

抵達酒店的方式錯了，所以當天有點累…記得可以提前聯繫商家船接送，很方便。屬於海邊度假酒店，圖一是離店拍的酒店全景，入住的房間是出門就是海邊，真的很適合度假，很舒適，都是外國人在那邊入住，房間很大…早餐也很豐盛。下次還會選擇～👍

這是一個不通公路的酒店！我們晚上抵達的時候司機把我們放在一片漆黑的馬路邊，指着木頭牌子説到了。讓我們自己提着四個大箱子和幾個手提行李走下去，下面除了一條石子路，啥也看不見。後來司機覺得讓我們自己去探險有點離譜，説帶我們一起下去，我們才敢往下走，為此多給了司機一倍車費。這是一個類似森林木屋的酒店，大堂在山腳下海灘邊，需要從公路往下走15分鐘的山路才看得到，提着行李的難度可想而知。離譜的是商品頁面完全沒有這方面的介紹，讓人非常無語。酒店的服務人員態度還是挺好，但電話email都聯繫不上，他們用whatsApp。行李多的客人慎重。

Excelente servicio. Difícil acceso con maletas aunque el personal del hotel te ayuda. Recomiendo acceder por barco que organiza el propio hotel

絕對不錯的一家酒店，床很舒服，房間很大，位置也很好，周邊環境不錯，風景簡直太美了，值得推薦和點贊。

Hello dear visitors, I would recommend to avoid Waecicu Eden at all cost. Firstly, the breakfast is horrible, the property is on very steep land, so you have to hike around the hotel, better be fit; then most access to the outside are on small boat through a dirty other beach; the beach of the property itself is not taken care of, it is dirty and not so nice compared to other places around. More importantly, the hotel is clearly unsafe for kids below 12yo. The wood structure of the housing are old, and can break anytime, with big drop offs. There are steep stone stairs everywhere, easy to fall and hit your head. They have no communication on their website for this. We had to leave and they refused to refund us anything. We lost 5 nights at full price, while they could relet our rooms. So, it is far too expensive for what it is, and unsafe for kids below 12yo. Thanks.

A fantastic stay with beautiful views and good food. The staff were super helpful, organising an unbelievable snorkelling trip and five separate airport transfers for our group. While the hotel is on a steep hill with lots of steps, the views are incredible. 10/10 recommend.

When we arrived at Waecicu, staff took our bags but no-one showed us to our room or reception so we were initially a little lost. When someone eventually came and found us, we were shown our room (advertised with 'ocean views') actually had only a small cellar window that looked down on a worksite, yet there were plenty of mozzies as the walls did not meet the roof. Our sink was blocked and would not drain as was the sink in the restaurant toilets which also had no toilet paper or soap. The other toilet was out of order. We booked for three nights, but three months earlier cancelled one night, yet despite the notice and assurances to sort it once we arrived in person, we were not refunded the third night. The acting manager said he would provide a breakfast pack as we were going on a boat tour, but did not wake up in time, so we were the only family on the tour without breakfast. After being quite assertive, we were offered an upgrade and were given a beautiful room with an outstanding view and had a good time in the end. The waiter and boat driver was truly lovely. We will not be going to Waecicu again.

This place is magical... It's located on a hill, in the middle of nowhere with absolute privacy (not a lot of neighboring hotels), literally a few steps away from a beautiful Waecicu Eden beach... A few km away from the city, you won't hear any mosque prayer. Really calm and romantic. We would recommend this place for couples/families to chill. Careful though, accessible by boat with no strong wifi (but we didn't mind this at all). We also didn't have hot water but again, we didn't mind ;) The staff was super kind and warm. The reception/entrance/restaurant, at the bottom of the hill, in front of the beach, is big with many tables and sofas to relax. The room is quite simple but clean and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. A lot of steps, so definitely not for those with weak legs. 100% recommend this place for couple or family getaway, perfect to relax and really romantic.

J’ai réservé deux nuits par le biais d’une plate-forme, séduite par l’endroit et la vue, par contre on ne lit nulle part que l’accès se fait que par bateau ! Notre taxi nous a laissé en haut de la colline et on a dû descendre un chemin escarpé avec nos sacs à dos, une sacrée épreuve ! Ça mérite quand même une belle note dans l’ensemble

Le confort est incroyable et la vue elle est sublime 😍 😍 😍 le service est très bon Je pense y retourner pour les prochaines vacances mes enfants on adorer la vue et le petit déjeuner était incroyablement bon Meilleurs rapport qualité prix.

Siamo stati a cena per il mio compleanno e lo staff mi ha organizzato una sorpresa con la torta! Ragazzi gentilissimi che hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci e venirci incontro: uno dei pochi posti in cui c'è vera attenzione al cliente....è questo che rende IL SERVIZIO di qualità! Location in stile indonesiano, semplice ma con un legno fantastico e il ristorante di forma circolare con un super divano rialzato è una vera chicca! Ultimo ma non per importanza, il menù! Cibi locali ma anche apertura al mondo con delle proposte più internazionali... Il cuoco ci sa fare!! Super grazie e complimenti allo staff
