I arrived and ordered a parking space for my car right away. There was absolutely no problem with that. I received the key directly. When I was checked in, the very friendly hostess asked if I also wanted to use breakfast. Yes definitely, the breakfast was typical French and I enjoyed every morning. One day I had problems with my car (flat tire) and the host directly want to help me. I have called the ANWB and after some hours the hotel helps me to find out where me car was made. During my stay I also rent a bike. That was very nice. The hotelroom also was nice for one person. I was solo. My room was not tucked away but neat and fully equipped. I couldn’t discover anything that was negative. If I go to LaBaule again, I will go to this hotel again!!!

Spent 6 nights here last week. It was exactly what we were looking for as a base to play some local golf courses. The superior room was spotlessly clean, big enough and with a decent shower over the bath. A bit more storage would help but we managed. We only had one breakfast but it good. The absolute best thing was the secure car park - given a fob and a numbered space for the duration of our stay. Only a few minutes walk from the Main Street of shops/bars leading down to the seafront. Would definitely return.

Un bon séjour, mais… D’abord les bons côtés : Un bon accueil par une réceptionniste souriante et professionnelle Une chambre très propre et qui sentais bon avec tout de même une bouteille d’eau offerte après plusieurs heures de route, c’est toujours agréable Maintenant les points négatifs : Une rue en travaux ce qui complique l’arrivé et l’accès au stationnement, mais dégrade également le calme et le paysage de La Baule Ensuite aperçu du manque d’une serviette de douche tard le soir lorsque la réception était fermée Lit légèrement dur tout comme les oreillers qui était aussi assez étroit Et des toilettes difficiles à fermé une fois dedans par manque de place Autre point assez négatif réservation prise sur Internet avec un prélèvement de 100 euros de « garantie de réservation » ce qui n’est pas mentionner sur le mail de confirmation Et pour finir la mauvaise surprise en retournant à notre voiture nous avons découvert qu'elle a été forcée et vidée pendant la nuit.

Bonjour à tous les amis du bien manger , bien boire ….j’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel en chambre supérieur. Cet hôtel de 3 étoiles est à mon sens en dessous de son classement et mérite certains 4 * Je rejoins les avis positifs postés plus bas et retournais sans hésiter dans cet hôtel lors d’un prochain séjour. L’emplacement est top quasi en face des halles , à proximité de la gare. … Même si c’est une normalité mais la gentillesse et la bienveillance de l’équipe est au top. Merci à vous. Ch.

Bel hôtel 3 étoiles, bien situé près des rues les plus commerçantes et permettant à des personnes âgées d'aller à pieds jusqu'à la mer. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking sécurisé, sur place, très pratique. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très propre et fonctionnel. Les chambres disposent de WC séparés ce qui est un très bon point. Literie excellente. Chambre supérieure calme permettant de dormir fenêtres ouvertes, mais la notre donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment (avec une vue très moyenne) ; quid de celles donnant sur la rue ? Cette chambre "supérieure" est quand même un peu exigüe ; le lit de 180 y est sans doute pour quelque chose. Côté petit-déjeuner la salle est triste, pas de couleurs, éclairage à améliorer ; le buffet est plutôt bien garni par contre il faut un peu se débrouiller car le personnel bien que poli et répondant aux éventuelles questions n'est pas vraiment attentionné et son contact se limite à demander le n° de chambre ! Globalement l'hôtel est "froid", qu'il s'agisse des lieux ou du personnel : aucune chaleur humaine à l'accueil sauf une seule fois au départ. Néanmoins cet hôtel est tout à fait recommandable.

Hôtel accueillant.... Propre... Et agréable.. Literie confortable.. Petit déjeuner varié et complet... Personnel souriant. Adresse à échanger entre amis pour leur futur séjour. Parfait voyage à renouveler 😊
