We absolutely loved this hotel! The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was so relaxing. The room we had was very spacious.  Super convenient location just a few minutes away on foot to Gion or the river. I would love to stay here again. We also loved how we could hire bikes for the whole day at a decent price 🙂

Less busy location compered to other hotels. Convenient to nearby temples via walking, bus or subway. Friendly staff and very good water pressure, if that matters to you.  Breakfast pastries from the bakery are amazing!

It is a lovely place to stay with a fancy roof top bar. The location is okay, not far away from Kiyomizu dera temple, but still several bus stops from Kyoto Station. The hotel does provide shuttle bus to Kyoto Station but only allows carry-on luggages. The breakfast from the a la carte menu is mainly omelette, so you will probably get bored of it after trying for two consecutive days. The drip coffee provided by the hotel is amazing. Overall, a good experience to stay at this hotel. The bonus goes to the skincare products they provided for free.

Fantastic hotel. In a great location and walkable to many popular tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the roof top bar and the bakery.

The hotel was very nice, and it was located in a great location and the breakfast service was amazing with all of the selections we got. Also I would compliment room services as they did a great job on cleaning the rooms.

The lobby was phenomenal! Great decor, tastefully done ! Room was a little stuffy !!! If you're driving, be aware it's hard to stop and unload as there is ONLY a main road in front of the hotel.

Nice, clean, modern, lovely! Used the gym, cafe, and laundry. NIcely tucked away from the busy areas but easy and walkable.

Located on a main road with quick connection to the train station via taxi and to the east river with many restaurants. Excellent breakfast, very modern and really good service.

Outstanding hotel in a very convenient location. We experienced amazing service! Adding to that a beautifully appointed room, cleaned daily, bath robes and disposable slippers, water in the room. Highly recommend this hotel. The front desk service is fantastic. Their staff Sachi was so helpful and arranged dinner bookings for us. Excellent service!
