Nice place, good location, good service at the reception and restaurant....but room cleaning is not good.

As your company knows to well, my wife and did not go, as we tried to cancel due to the wedding being off, and your company said oh how terrible but we cant give your money back, and just stole it from me and my wife, and now you want me to give you and the hotel a nice review, how I ended on your site in the first place as went through to booking .com not you! And as for Premier Inn we will never book another hotel with them again, so take this review and post it where the Sun dont shine!!

We stayed in the Premier Inn to drop off our son to University, it was an emotional trip for obvious reasons, and the hotel and service were just what we needed. A quietly supportive team at the hotel meant we could focus on the task, but gave us a stress free sanctuary to come back to after unloading all of our sons things. We opted for the Premier Plus room and loved the little extras. Like the Nespresso machine, vanity mirror, stool and hairdryer, fridge with complimentary water and purple low light in the bathroom for those midnight bathroom visits. We also booked the meal deal which is really good value for money at £25.99 per person for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast us unlimited help yourself buffet, with muffins, crumpets toast pancakes juice teas and coffee and then the usual english breakfast items of eggs sausage bacon tomato scrambled eggs and black pudding. The evening meal is 2 courses and a drink. Just brilliant. If you don't want to eat there McDonalds is situated right opposite and you are slap bang in the middle of the city if you want to go out for dinner.

Arrived at hotel and greeted cheerfully by Sara the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded to Premier Plus. Our room on the 4th floor was lovely and clean with everything provided for us. The hotel is ideally situated for shops supermarket restaurants cafes etc. We had a great 2 night stay and thank you to Sara for sorting us out with free car parking

Outside, car park looks dodgy and the overspill supermarket one above has one of those dodgy rancid stairwells. but once you get over that the hotel and staff are good.

I stayed with my family me and my childern were happy with our stay we did not had any major issue, the staff was helpful on all occasions

The parking is not easily paid for and very limited. There was a lot of noise from the floor upstairs, I.e. People banging things, running and walking at all times of day and night which woke me up and disturbed me. The restaurant, while staff were lovely and accommodating, had very limited menu options not all of which were available.

Hotel in a good central location - very close to where we were attending a birthday party. Rooms a little tired but understand that the hotel is undertaking a refit so, all things considered, still a comfortable place to stay.

Fairly good place.👍👍👍👍👍 Be careful of the car park!! Overspill for shopping centre is euro parks and rip off !! Not enough hotel spaces and they should be free!!

I booked Premier inn for air conditioning, as it was August, unfortunately that was a waste, as it didn't work, I've complained via the route I was advised to, and heard nothing, terrible customer service.

Stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at Wembley. We were told the room would be ready at 3pm and the receptionist confirmed it was ready. When we went up to the room, the cleaner hadn’t finished and we had to wait about 15 minutes. Normally I wouldn’t mind but we had to catch a train to Wembley and didn’t have much time. We’d planned to get changed and leave our bags in the room but the delay in the room being ready meant we had to get changed in the toilets next to reception which was disappointing. The staff were polite and they did apologise for this but it’s not the usual service we’d expect from Premier Inn. Luckily, we were able to access the room before leaving for Wembley and could drop our bags off. The room was fine and there were tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t get a good night’s sleep because there was a strange whirring/ gurgling sound all night which I think was coming from the air con system. We weren’t able to stop it. The location is good for reaching Wembley, only a 10 minute walk from the train station. But wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed for four nights with the meal deal. First of all the room. It was excellent, spacious and the bed was unreal. I had a fantastic sleep every night. One only criticism, could not adjust the shower head and being 6.3 found it hard standing underneath it. Food. Breakfast was superb, plenty to choose from. I had a cooked breakfast every morning and it was spot on. The evening meal was also superb. Great menu variety and I did not have no issues at all. Nice little bar area, and also the waitresses were attentive and friendly. Highly recommend if looking to stay in high Wycombe.
