Very comfortable stay, good location. 24*7 Convenience store right below the hotel was a saviour. The apartment doesn't get serviced once a week, though I wish it was done daily. While the apartment is spacious, the aircon is in a corner rather than the centre of the room. It would have been better to have two aircons, especially with the possibility to split the master bed by closing the sliding doors besides it. Breakfast spread was average with limited option for vegetarians.

還可以。位置很不錯。走去景福宮10分鐘，明洞北村步行可達。周圍吃的東西非常多 房間多少有點老。老牌酒店，維護得再好也有點舊，尤其洗手間衹有浴缸這個實在減分 電視機也很老了

주차도 편하고 위치도 좋습니다. 아이 데리고 머물기 좋은 숙소 입니다. 즐거운 나들이에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 조식은 간소한 구성입니다.

Charged 11,000 won for not returning a key card , never in 100s of hotel stays has this ever happened to me, they also persuade you to join the somerset points club and then after you join refuse to credit you any points if you booked on ******* ,

First and foremost Somerset Palace Seoul is travelers who need a full sized fridge for take out, leftovers, or who want to cook instead of eating out everyday. They clean your room six days a week and the front desk staff are attentive to guests. The rooms are clean and most of all why you should stay there is the accessibility to 3 train stations and excellent coffee shops and restaurants. I will stay there again on the next trip to Seoul.

The bathroom needs update to be compatible with similarly priced hotels. E.g. other hotels have toilet seat integrated with bidet. P

Centrally located with easy access to multiple tourist attractions.

Conveniently located directly adjacent to both the palace grounds and the very walkable Insadong neighborhood. Attentive and helpful staff both pre arrival and throughout our stay.
