We had a wonderful stay at this ryokan! The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was very convenient — close to public transport and within walking distance of local attractions. The ryokan itself offered a truly authentic Japanese experience, with traditional tatami rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the option to store our baggage before check-in.

We’ve had the best stay at Ryokan Hirashin! The room was very clean, the size amazingly big, futons very comfortable, there was a big pot that always holds hot temperature. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Onsen was amazing, too. The location is just perfect! It’s 2 stops from Kyoto station and so close to Nishiki market and then also Gion district, plus very convenient if you’re a nighttime lover cuz you can just walk back home. It takes kinda same time to go to other further places like Fushimi Inari or Arashiyama, as it’s located kinda in the middle of them all. I’d say the pictures don’t really give you the vibe, it feels much better when you’re in there. To sum up, it’s a traditional looking ryokan room but in the hotel building, which in convenient cuz you don’t need to be too quiet as in more traditional ones. I highly highly highly recommend this place, we’ve really had the best time here!

Great place, clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet!! We had a beautiful view on a local park. The hotel is very close to Nishimi food market!! We enjoyed the old style!!

Our first time in Kyoto and decided to stay at a Ryokan! This place was clean, staff was friendly and was at a very convenient location. Loved it would stay again!

第一次來日本旅遊，想體驗一下正宗日式的房間，無意間刷到並選擇了這家旅店。旅店對面是個小公園，往右走點路是個大羅森便利店，走去烏丸站的路上，會路過一些餐飲店，甜品店，還有一家大超市，但是行程緊迫，都沒來得及依依體驗。榻榻米的話，老公和女兒的評價是太硬，不舒服。而我在大阪2晚沒睡好，反而在這裏睡的2晚很踏實很舒服。京都夏天有點潮濕，但是比上海好。酒店位置出去走一點路可以吃到一嵐拉麪，拉麪吃完在走幾步就是一家吃谷的店。後來還坐車去了奈良看到了小鹿。

設施齊全，很有感覺的榻榻米房，每天服務人員會給鋪好被褥，地下一層免費泡湯，很舒服，時間湊巧每天都是包場。離錦市場很近，吃飯方便。

房間挺大的，比後面住的酒店都要寬敞，獨立衞生間和浴缸，衹是洗手池特別矮，用的腰痠，服務很好，會幫忙鋪榻榻米，每天送小餅乾和熱水，門口是個小公園，有櫻花，一百米有一家藍瓶子咖啡，離四條地鐵站和大丸百貨3-400米，總體很滿意，提前訂的，性價比也很高

房間非常乾淨，旁邊就是錦市場和商店街～對面有個公園正好櫻花都開了～房間榻榻米每晚會來給鋪床～每天都會打掃～其實是個温泉酒店～樓下可以泡温泉～屬於鬧中取靜的位置～距離電車站過去走路幾分鐘就到了～

這家酒店怎麼説呢，真心一般般，雖然有京都市長給辦法的京都老鋪的牌匾，但還是家裡樓道里能明顯的感覺到老舊的樣子，前台也很高傲，畢竟是市長欽點老鋪子，家裡衞生間很小，全部是榻榻米，我是想住一晚温泉酒店才選的這裏的，他家負一層是澡堂，分男女共三個堂。這個酒店位置是沒得説，絕對的中心位置，就在市區中心位置。離得車站地鐵站走路 5 分鐘吧。附近居酒屋和燒鳥店也很不錯。

프론트, 조식 직원분들이 모두 너무 친절하세요 !! 시설은 깔끔하고 편안한 느낌이 듭니다. 조식은 엄청 큰 방에서 먹을 수 있는데 맛있어요.

房間是和式房間，衞生間三分離，設施比較完善，就是稍微有點老，10年裝修的。B1有提供大澡堂，可以泡澡，就是稍微有點簡陋。 服務很不錯，前台很熱情，英語溝通沒有問題。可以把行李臨時放在前台。 位置很不錯，離鴨川還有錦市場之類的熱門景點很近。 可以預訂早餐，服務也很周到，當時就我們一桌吃飯，很安靜，環境很好。
