Khách sạn cung cấp bữa sáng, nhưng dịch vụ chỉ được phục vụ bởi một bà già đến từ Kyoto. Có một chút phân biệt đối xử đối với chúng tôi, những người không quen với đồ ăn, bởi vì người dân Kyoto có tính kiêu ngạo. Trải nghiệm này là một tập vui vẻ trong chuyến đi của chúng tôi.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at. Right infront of a 7/11 the location is so convenient, walking distance to most central and popular spots around Kyoto. The staff were always so friendly and polite. The facilities had everything i needed with complimentary bath bombs at the front desk, i enjoyed a warm relaxing bath every night after a long day of walking.

Room is comfortable, front counter staff is friendly and check in was smooth. Lobby area has free flow coffee and green tea. Just that the location is off the main road and quite a distance to the most crowded shopping street in Kyoto hence requires a few stations of bus ride. Nearest train station is about 10mins walk. Coin laundry and microwave is available at ground floor.

Really nice hotel - space worked well for my wife and I and our toddler sharing a queen size bed. Would also recommend checking out Node next door for food and great service, and the Goodman coffee roasters a few minutes walk away. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to Karasuma and Shinto station with a buggy and bags.

The room was quiet and clean. The service was good, with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was rich. The staff was friendly.

Everything was perfect! I wish the room was a bit bigger but with the price and the location, we were super happy. Seven eleven was right in front of the hotel and the hotel has a washing machine, dryer, ice machine, free coffee and green tea machine and free amenities. The location is a bit far from Kyoto station and Pontocho area but the bus stop was only 3 minutes away and it was super easy to access to the most of the attractions in Kyoto.

I’m impressed with the cleanliness and little details making the hotel really comfortable to stay in.

Overall good! Considering the price, you might would expect a bit more compared to other hotels with similar standards. Location is around 10-15 minutes walk to Nishiki Market and the Main Street with shopping malls. The breakfast they offer is alright, but served only until 9.30 a.m.

The hotel was very nice. The accomdation was on the smaller side but very nice. Downstairs they had amenities you could get for your room including one bath bomb per day. There was a nice seating area, a mini fridge and a comfortable bed with adequate pillows. The staff was nice and helpful and would hold your luggage. It was walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries.

Everything ok, good services and good food in breakfast. Will come back again

We had a wonderful stay, however the couch was a birt dirty:(

I wouldn’t stay here even if they pay me. The hotel’s windows cannot be opened and the ventilators are poor. I had bad nose allergy and couldn’t stop sneezing! The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Very clean facilities. Plenty of quality amenities to keep you on the go. Great location too, right in the heart of shijo. 10 min walk to teramachi
