For stays with more than two people, the standard plan must be booked.When we received your reservation, we sent you a confirmation email explaining that the plan is limited to two guests, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.In addition, your check-in took place after our front desk hours (7:00 AM–10:00 PM). At that time, only our night security staff were available, and they can perform only limited check-in procedures.The following morning, once our front desk team was available, we tried to reach you by email and phone several times but were unable to get in touch.
