New and close good to us Will go again next time Staff is good!!!

This hotel have several convenience stores nearby. And a shopping mall near the car park. I rented a three bed room. At first, the humidity of the room is relatively high, and have an air-con water dropping issue. Being told that this issue is normally in Japan since it is a raining season, but the staff assist to offer another room. The second offer room air-con is in trouble, which is not cool even turned to 16 degree. At last, we were upgraded to the slightly larger room with three beds (the third bed is still a sofa bed). The room is so clean, two beds are in double bed, the tv could used for Netflix and YouTube. I would say the organise of the staff is in a satisfy level. The shower supplies are in Kose, the water pressure is relatively good among four hotels I’ve been stayed in Japan for this trip. But there are only 8 car parking in this hotels, with the first in first serve policy. So, we couldn’t managed to have a car parking although I’ve been told in the comment box by trip.com. However, they have some collaborated car parking suppliers nearby with a discount coupons. It’s not really convenient for you if you just stay for one night. But for me, it’s more than acceptable.

Stay 4 nights but never clean my room once

We had an excellent stay here :) This hotel is new and clean, all fatalities are good, nice services, and can walk to travel spots. I really recommend staying here if you plan to visit Kumamoto or Aso. If I return to Kumamoto, I'll 100% book this hotel again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The environment and amenities were satisfactory, with convenient services such as umbrella rental, laundry service for a reasonable fee, and vending machines available. One standout feature was the excellent soundproofing in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the shopping district and transportation options right outside the hotel entrance. However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the pillows, which caused a rash. Despite informing the hotel staff, the resolution was limited to a simple apology. It would have been appreciated if they had offered a more proactive solution or compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, though, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

Not something extraordinary to mention. Small room, one double bed. It was very average. The location was not helpful for dinner. We used nearby super sento for bath, it was about 25 minutes walk. The area felt safe even at night.

very nice hotel and very close to the food street the only thing is not enough car parks, travelers may need to find pay parking themselves and no cold water.

Love the location, around the hotel have lot of parking and very close to the shopping street. The facility is new, clean with good price, only issue is the room is too dark.

Pros: Good location - very close to the main street Clean room Very reasonable price - even cheaper if hv trip.com membership Cons: Relatively small - A double room but still hard to fully open a 30' suitcase Tiny mistakes in room service - forget to change all the towels/ rubbish bag Staff - Some of them are new and made mistakes during check - in Conclusion: Very suitable for a trip of two girls - Somehow can still fit in the small room But if you are a very big person, maybe consider a bigger room// another hotel
