服務一般 應對速度比較慢 需要不斷催促。門卡打不開催了半天才幫忙解決，雖然態度是可以的，但工作效率不高。另外床單的清潔度需要提升。

Each and everything was just superb awsome. Food room service staffs behaviour everything was very good. I will always visit to this hotel everytime i go to kolkata. This time it was my first visit and i had a very ggod experience. Special that swimming pool area.

Pretty forgettable experience starting with check in at reception midst noise levels and chaotic as in a night club. Would never go back there ever. even if it were for free! Room furniture, carpets and accessories like ironing table had seen better days. Definitely not suited for families. Saving grace: Its location in Park Street right next to great restaurants. And they had a great breakfast buffet.

Wonderful stay in the park Kolkata.I am quite satisfied with The park hotel staff behaviour.very good room service and cleaning staff.Very good environment in this hotel.The park hotel breakfast is very good.Food quality and taste is awesome.

The staff was quite polite and cooperative. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was a lovely hotel at Parkstreet area. I recommend if anyone who is visiting Kolkata for the stay at the place. The food was good, the staff for helpful, and they were available at all times.

Food is as good as it always has been at The Park. Excellent service. Raja has been the most attentive service associate I have had attend to us in many a meal. His service excellence puts him heads and shoulders over his peers in hotels like ITC, Hyatt and Marriott.

If you are at the Park to go to Roxy or Tantra then you will be fine as, on one side of the hotel, the music will be with you all night. If not, and you have any desire to get some sleep (or have a family), this is not the place for you. If you are staying make sure you stay on the side of the correct side of the hotel (it will still be noisy but manageably so - you stay on Park Street for the buzz after all.) If you get a room on the wrong side of the hotel though, and on the wrong night, good luck: honestly they should not sell those rooms until they have soundproofed them.

I stayed at The Park Kolkata in December 2024. The hotel is situated in Park Street Area and it seems that it is very popular. The hotel entrance is through a commercial complex on a bustling road. Upon arrival, I found the hotel a bit dimly lit. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and cheerful. The room was very spacious and well-furnished. It provided a snack tray, a coffee tray, and a minibar. The bathroom was also well-supplied. However, water pressure can be improved, and the geyser takes a minute to start. Also, the shower curtain does only half the job. The in-room dining is very costly, especially for the portion size though the food was good. The next day, I had breakfast at their all-day dining restaurant called The Bridge. The breakfast spread was good, and the food was nice. The checkout was smooth. They do offer luggage holding service. Overall, I had a nice experience.
