Pretty forgettable experience starting with check in at reception midst noise levels and chaotic as in a night club. Would never go back there ever. even if it were for free! Room furniture, carpets and accessories like ironing table had seen better days. Definitely not suited for families. Saving grace: Its location in Park Street right next to great restaurants. And they had a great breakfast buffet.

Horrible experience, absolutely disheartening to see lowest level of hospitality by any hotel. Despite having a preplanned business meeting, Ms Mohini who is incharge from Banquet team for Park Kolkata Hotel, didn't responded on previous day which is absolutely not a professional approach. Will surely like to avoid the hotel for upcoming meetings.

Centrally located hotel with clean rooms and public areas , great food and service. perfect for business trips , meetings and leisure travelers looking for convenient location. Excellent team led by experienced GM . It was short trip but would love to explore charming Kolkatta with The Park and its talented team .

We visited the Residence lounge, and had a great time due to the amazing hospitality and service from Lese and Beni. They were very polite and professional. The food and ambience was very nice too, and can have a good time to spend with family and friends.

the pillows were extra soft and cosy. the food in the restuarant was superb. the chef cooks fantastic taste and the layout is very elegant, makes you hungry and also warns you to control too much intake of sweets and oil food. the taste is out of the world. the rooms, especially on the 4th floor, are comfortable, eleagant, compact and nice. only one point - in each room please provide a working desk and a working chair for guests to work on their laptop, for everyone does not come only for pleasure. work is also combined.
