Really liked this place it was a little off the beach and down a beaten path but it had a great pool and view. The staff were excellent and the restaurant/bar made great food. Definitely a nice place for couples or older people who want to relax.

Сильные стороны: 1. Просторные номера, интересная мебель, приватность. 2. Дизайн общих зон: зелень, фонтаны, панорамный бассейн, качественные лежаки, частный пляжный клуб, красивый ресторан. 3. В целом хорошее обслуживание, но не супер обходительное. 4. Удобно, что все покупки на территории отеля можно относить на счет номера и платить при выселении. Слабые стороны: 1. Неготовность номера к заселению в 14:00: номер не успели убрать, устраняли проблему с ванной. В качестве извинения - купон на безалкогольный напиток за 60 бат. Маловато. 2. Посредственная еда в ресторане: на завтрак небольшой выбор, обычный набор продуктов, аналогичный отелям категории 3*. Обед и ужин - долгое ожидание, относительно высокие цены, а качество примерно то же, что в близлежащих ресторанах, обслуживание долгое даже при отсутствии других посетителей. 3. Удаленная локация от магазинов и ресторанов - надо немало идти пешком, вечером из отеля выходить небезопасно, много собак и отсутствие нормального освещения на улицах (вопрос не к отелю). 4. На второй день пребывания сломался один из кондиционеров. Починили за час, но неприятно. 5. Удивительная ситуация с тапочками для ношения в номере - обычно они одноразовые для каждого гостя, здесь потребовали вернуть, поскольку они их стирают. Негигиенично и странно.

Saree Samui offers a location for friendly, charming and relaxing days. The staff provide warm and professional service and the resort is basically on the beachfront. Thank you for a wonderful stay where we recharged and had enjoyable days in the sun.

Stayed here for 12 nights and had a very relaxing holiday. The refurbishments to the rooms have improved the comfort massively and we had no problems whatsoever with mosquitos or any other insects at any time. Housekeeping was of a high standard throughout the hotel. we were there for Songkran and the celebrations and activities in the hotel were well organised and entertaining. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and welcomed us back. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied daily, and the poolside menu was extremely reasonable and tasty. Sunbeds were always available around pool and beach as well as huge beach cushions being available. The beach and sea quality was very clean and clear. All in all a perfect stay. We have stayed in many other resorts in Bophut and Mae Nam and this is certainly the most relaxing and charming .

The setting was nice although the beach was not the best for walking. The rooms were of a good size and had the outdoor shower which was a bonus. Strange that there were two bars open, one at each end of the pool but one charged 20 baht more for a beer than the other one. Would have expected the price to be the same for guests. The breakfast was good but the service a bit disorganised, even though we ate really early.... no tea bags one day, coffee cold etc. The shower drained super slow and the place could have been cleaner. There was no management. A 'manager' walked about shouting taking drinks orders but certainly didn't manage anything. He didn't do the basic stuff eg. ask us if everything was ok. Found all the guests to be very nice but the place had lots of kids with toys left around the pool whilst the parents took the children for lunch/afternoon naps. Family rooms and an infinity pool should have given it away but we missed that. Our taxi wasn't waiting to take us to the airport, we had to explain we had reserved and paid for one and following phone calls it eventually arrived. The area outside the hotel is good for eating on an evening as there are a few restaurants but it's not saturated. Koh Samui itself is a very busy Thai Island.

The resort manager of Saree Samui who goes by the name Khun/K Lex is worst resort manager I have come across and I have stayed in multiple places. He has repeatedly exhibited rude behaviour towards my wife and other tourists. Not friendly enough to attend client needs and their expectations. Has been very impolite and shown unruly attitude towards us and others. This is not expected when we travel from so far away and want to have relaxing holidays. We deserve to be treated better and not provide hostile environment. The rooms are not clean and not well maintained. The shower and bathroom stone benchtop are all cracked and opened up. The tile flooring is so dirty and cracks everywhere. Only advantage the resort has is the pool and pristine beach. The food is below average and preparation of cocktails needs more improvement. I would not be recommending this place to other tourists who are planning to spend their fruitful holidays at this resort. I sincerely request the owners of this resort to take severe action against the resort manager because of his attitude the hardship of other employees working in this resort is getting affected. Hopefully to improve on other aspects mentioned above.
