If you are looking for peaceful vibe, the hotel is the best choice to go for.

The beach is one of the nicest on Koh Samui. Hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable. Restaurant was great for lunch or dinner but breakfast was a bit meh. The water stopped working in the morning, and the rooms facing the road are a bit noisy.

The location is nice but the windy day just got us turn off and it was scary because of the waves

Хороший отельчик в живописном месте. Фотки тут супер получаются. Море не волнистое. Уже тут отдыхали в номере с выходом на бассейн и видом на море и вернулись снова. Очень удобно, территория компактная, все рядом, бассейн, кафе, массаж. Массаж делали пару раз, на возвышенности, с видом на пляж. Персонал приветливый и улыбчивый. Заселяли быстро и раньше 14:00. Утром угостили чашечкой кофе, приятно))

Little paradise , propably the best beach on the island. Beautiful Sunrise. Near to hotel good restaurants and 7/11. Nice people. Rooms are clean. Absolutely recommend. You can rent motorbike in a hotel and buy trips. Wi-fi is good and speed.

Fantastic. Me and my boyfriend stayed in room B10 over looking the sea. Great air con, amazing cleaning staff who would change sheets and towels every day. Extremely polite breakfast staff. Beach was beautiful even on the rainy days. Hired a bike from opposite the resort which has been brilliant to have over our trip. Lamai ***** is great if you want to party (15 min on bike) fisherman’s market is also very good. Thank you Crystal bay

What’s not to love about being 10m from a beautiful tropical island beach where the water is warm and the beers are cold. Our room was spacious clean and functional and I will stay there again. Such good value for where it is. Crystal Bay is one of those places you can just zone out and feel completely at ease with life. My wife and I love this beach and staying there for 2 nights made it even better.

Nice hotel with great location. Renewed rooms, beautiful seeview. The breakfast was boring, for 15 days almost the same (no buffet). The staff was great in every department, they are friendly and helpful. KOB at the reception and MIN in the restaurant were the best! Massage ladies: 5 Stars! Thank you for all!

This lovely hotel has beautiful views over the bay. The rooms are clean, cool with air conditioning and comfortable. The astaff are welcoming and efficient. The food is delicious too ! We'll definitely be back next year.

We arrived for our 7 night stay to be rudely asked to pay for our stay, which we had paid 6 months ago.. after being watched with unhappy faces from the staff (making us feel uncomfortable) I found the record of the transaction and not even an apology from them.. Shown to our room which absolutely does not look like anything from the website. We got 2 family rooms and are in the back of the building right next to the main road so all we can hear is traffic and people walking by all day and night. Our room overlooks water tanks and a cleaning area.. will attach a picture. Ants all through the room and not good amenities.. very basic for what we have paid. Sheets get changed every 3/4 days and after that amount of time (with 3 kids) you can imagine there will be wear and tear marks and had a member of staff come to find me with the dirty sheet to tell me they will charge me an extra 1000 baht — umm, try washing it first and not embarrass your guests by walking around with 4 day old sheets and chastise the family about it. It’s a hotel after all! The bar and “restaurant” is way overpriced and quite average too. All in all, a very expensive stay in a rather rubbish place with very rude staff. Not the Thailand I know and love. Very disappointing

Amazing location and even more amazing service. Our host Sonny made sure everything was perfect. Also helped arrange a MC rental for the week and very good price (shout out to Mr Pong’s!). The beach is so beautiful and the room was exceptional. Super comfy bed with lots of pillows and huge balcony overlooking the water. Very private. Very good food from the restaurant and overall superb service from everyone on the staff! Thank you for making our getaway special! Would love to come back!!

I booked a standard room but has issues with the toilet tank never settling down. The manager was kind enough to change my room to a family room that was huge. Even after switching rooms, there were times when the water pressure was weak. Although there were apparently problems with the waterworks when I stayed there, I don’t know if it was related to the water shortage. Otherwise, everything was terrific and I would love to come back if the above mentioned problems are dealt with. They have a beach area that is easily accessible from the hotel. There are restaurants, convenience stores, motorbike rentals, and dispesaries within walking distance.
