we were warned about loud music in the evening just like it said online and on signs in the hotel. what no one told us was that the bass from the music downstairs under the hotel was so loud that the whole room shook. the bed, the cabinets, the toilet and the floor shook. you could feel the bass through your whole body when you stood on the floor. very uncomfortable. the music was loud but not the problem. our water bottles fell down from the shelf because the bass was so loud. we got the room right next to the road. we got 3 hours of sleep from 5-8. we checked out 2 days early because it was unbearable. waste of money. they didn't say anything when i pointed out the problem. Horrible service and lousy staff. Rather spend money on transport than stay at this hotel

Middle in the party street. You can’t sleep before 02:00AM because of the noise. The shower is ok, but the hygiene is not the best.

The manager was a liar to m and graham  Called me stupid and use bad language towards me a terrible man the the girls were wonderful !! I have never been spoken to like that ever and I am 56  If that is a reflection on your country shame on him  But I have met only nice people!!

Absolutely perfect hotels, location perfect, the staff at the hotel, are brilliant, will definitely stay there again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location great, service in the front desk are very attentive, very nice guy but super old and smells pretty bad inside room, no safe box, for the price in Thailand I think can found alterations options

The hotel is great if your into parties, it’s located right off the main pub street so prepare for little sleep. The room was okay, the air con was so slow. The elevator was broken. The hotel needs money invested.

La cama muy cómoda, lindo baño y buena atención. El único problema es que si pagas un cuarto económico no tiene ventana, y hay muy poca luz en el cuarto. También se escucha la música muy fuerte del bar de abajo

Strongly advise against staying here – serious safety concerns I would urgently advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. Yesterday there was a fire in the neighboring building, and the situation exposed extremely alarming safety issues. The building had to be evacuated, yet no fire alarm went off inside the hotel. Guests were left confused and uninformed, and the staff appeared completely overwhelmed and unprepared to handle an emergency of this kind. There was no clear guidance, no proper communication, and no sense of control over the situation. In the event of a real fire, this hotel feels like a death trap. Basic fire safety measures seem to be missing or not functioning at all. This is not just an inconvenience — it is a serious risk to life. Anyone considering staying here should think twice. Safety should be the absolute minimum a hotel can provide, and this place failed completely when it mattered most.
