The hotel looks newly renovated, room is very clean and nice. There is a small swimming pool and gym with a treadmill, cycler and stepper. The breakfast is simple, has about 5 fixed menu to choose although the portion is rather small. It is located near to major shopping mall area like Senayan City.

Favorite boutique hotel. Near my office. Near to nice restos. Only bad thing is that Google has misappropriated the location so when ordering online transportation, be aware of where the location is dotted on the app.

Hotel is a bit dated but not still pretty good. It's just a converted house in a pretty fancy neighborhood. The pool looks nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a club nearby at night so you can hear music pumping in the background, it's not loud but it's noticeable

The cars are so noisy I can't sleep. There's no fridge. The shower is broken. This is a hotel you should never stay at.

房間設施很老舊，晚上真的太吵了，整晚摩託車嚇的，震天響，睡不了一點，周圍一個店都沒有，吹風機問前台借的，很小一個

Hotel dengan sentuhan klasik. Gak nyangka ada ARTOTEL dengan konsep seperti ini. Pelayanan dan kwalitas bagus. 1 hal yg perlu perbaikan, shower air panas di kamar lantai 2 lumayan lama panas. Ke depannya agar dapat dibenahi. Terima kasih tim ARTOTEL casa Hangtuah untuk keramahan dan pelayanan.

價格很實惠，房間很大。 早餐有點簡陋 這個價格還是不錯的，環境很好。。 也很安全，前台招待熱情 很多老外。。。

I am impressed with the unique and beautiful interior of this house transformed in to hotel. All parts of the property are carefully designed. The reason I chose this hotel because of the name “artotel” but when I finally arrived I could feel the employees are not hotelier yet. Perhaps.. it is only a beginning. The only thing to improve beside the employees is the pipe smell in my bathroom, quite strong and uncomfortable. The staff sprayed but of course It did not help, as the root cause exists. Sayang sekali.

Stayed at the newly renovated ARTOTEL Casa Hangtuah and was really impressed! Pak Hasan the General manager was show me around the boutique hotel and it was a fantastic experience from A to Z, the place has a super cozy vibe but still feels modern and fresh. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The renovation has clearly elevated the entire space. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. It’s quiet too, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. and breakfast was so good , the hotel provide also high tea which is was yummy . The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish place to stay in Jakarta, this one’s definitely worth checking out.
