Dịch vụ hạng nhất, tất cả các phòng đều có sân hiên riêng. Có bãi biển riêng, 2 bể bơi, bữa sáng tự phục vụ khá phong phú gồm chuối chiên và bánh quế trứng dừa kiểu Thái. Giá trị thực sự tốt cho tiền.

Khách sạn có rất nhiều tiện nghi, có các hoạt động để làm, phòng sạch sẽ, giá cả phải chăng, bữa sáng ngon. Dịch vụ siêu tốt 🥰

Vấn đề duy nhất là không có nước nóng, đi tắm, làm thợ nước nóng.

Everything was good , reasonable price to stay, also recommend to rent kayak because the view is so stunning and you can see the local houses along the way to Klong Prond beach.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in Thailand. The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, the hotel is in need of a major refurb. The decking has nails sticking out around the pool, the pool was murky and there are no staff available for drinks etc, my husbands foot went through a decking board! The breakfast was terrible!! No way a 4 star! The dining room felt dirty. We went out for breakfast as it was so bad in hotel. We checked out 10 days early, with no questions from staff as to why we were unhappy and showed no shock. We have never been so disappointed at a hotel.

The place is very cozy

Had a Amazing stay. What a great location and wonderful staff. The view from form all angles of the hotel is amazing! From the room to the pools view everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

so lucky that we’ve got a very good price even it’s high season already. this hotel has delicious breakfast, many choices of foods to select. nice service, good location. overall this is one of the best hotels here in Koh Chang.

The furniture wasn't comfortable. On some days there were no options to avoid eating pork at breakfast. Overall, I expected more from a 4 star resort.

Definitely a perfect place for hideaway. Stayed at the garden villa with private jacuzzi, have the river +sea view from the villa. The resort is by the river and not far away from the beach. We can ride the boat provided by the hotel to the beach for free. Kayaking is available at THB 150 per hour and it’s quite fun. Location wise, there’s no 7-11 or any convenient shops within walking distance but all reachable with a motorbike, which is rentable at the lobby of the resort. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back!

A hidden resort located in klong prao area that provides good tranquility, surprisingly found the real room is looks better than those displayed photos. The room is spacious, bright in excellent condition of cleaniness, housekeeper did great job as always. It's not a new premises so some furnitures were aging but they wouldn't spoil your stay. We stayed at room with plunge pool unfortunately couldn't enjoy it in the consecutive rainly days. Even unable to ride the kayak or watch the fireflies in the evening. Perhaps should back in winter seasons to avoid of wet. The gardening is absolutely greenly beauty, a truly resort for hideaway. The hotel is next to the river without beachfront need a free shuttle to there. Overall I have extended my stay for a relaxing break, also massive thanks to all staff as they were so attentive and friendly.

The best in koh chang

Room was okay but AC broken, either full-on-freezer or OFF... even after 3 reports to the office. The hotel and wooden walkways are very old and in need of major overhaul, upoer pool was dirty and smelly-green with leaves all over the bottom (forget the photos), and the lack of direct access to the beach was a bit annoying. Next time in Koh Chang we'll pick something with direct beach access.
