Very helpful and courteous staffs,Nice ambiance,Good care taken during our stay by each of the staffs.Housekeeping also Very good.However expectations are very hence feel disappointed on few occasions.Overall nice experience.Best wishes to all

Fabulous location Excellent staff , warm hospitality , in particular Miss Elizabeth. Delicious food in both restaurants. Soothing evening cruise with explanation. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Pretty infinity pool

I went to the prowrty with my family for a quick weekend getaway. Great ambience with awesome stay in the smoothening river side. Had a wonderful. Staffs were very helpful. Food was good. Swimming pool and spa were really good. Waiting to come back.

Felt like home in a mesmerising luxurious and scenic surrounding. This is the beauty of staying with Taj hotels. The staff was extremely loving, kind and respectful and were ready to do anything to make us happy and comfortable. The amenities were neat and clean and the service was par exellence. Thank you Taj Malabar people. Kudos.

Excellent property - service from entry to exit was very very nice. SPA was excellent and very nice treatment we had. The staff at reception restaurant and every place was very courteous. Also the food served was excellent. Shall visit again

We had a great time as a family... there's a solid reason why we choose Taj every time we travel!! Each experience at Taj Kochimm..the welcome dance, the awesome room with a stunning view, the way the staff anticipated every need and catered to it, the Mohini Attam, the infinity pool, the jacuzzi .. was outstanding. But my favourite was the yoga session.. being a yoga lover, I was blown away by the depth of knowledge of Sreejith, the yoga teacher... Seriously best in class!! We all enjoyed our stay and it became the highlight for us! Thank you Taj!

This was my first stay at the Taj Malabar. The property was amazing and the view was spectacular. From arrival to departure, the staff were so hospitable and the sunset cruise was a magical experience. Angel and Sumesh were kind enough to help me with the check in and check out procedures. Juhi from the HK team, Amol, Rijol & Elizabeth deserve special recognition for their exceptional hospitality.

Thank you Taj Malabar for a wonderful holiday experience. We flew from Mumbai in Tata Air Vistara. On landing we were politely greeted by the chauffeur and drove in a Tata Safari. And then we stayed at the Taj. All ***** we enjoyed the hospitality of The Taj brand. We were given a warm welcome by the front office team. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The room was clean with an excellent view of the backwaters. The food spread was excellent. We actively interacted with Chef Anoop and team and enjoyed delicious Kerala cuisine. We also greatly enjoyed the dance program showcasing the various dance forms of South India. Special thank to Alex from the restaurant, Abhijat, Kashish from the front office for extending all support. Taj Malabar has made an amazing impact on me. I hope to visit again soon.

The welcome in this heritage property just sways you to blissfullness! The view of the backwaters and sunset boat tour is amazing! They served our breakfast upon request on the porch outside early morning and the weather made it perfect to enjoy chai ***** with some rain! The hospitality of the staff is out of this world, Ahilan took great care of our food preferences and catered to every small nuances! We felt really pampered!

Wow! Our first Taj experience was much more than we could have expected. From a beautiful cultural welcome to the wonderful treats you provide your guests, Taj is most definitely in a class of its own. I have to give a special mention to the guest relations manager at Taj Malabar, Elizabeth George Mooken, who made our stay extra special with her amazing personality and attention to detail. She also did a grand job during our boat cruise in explaining the culture and history behind our sights. The hotel grounds are impressive and impeccable, the staff always have a smile on their faces and nothing ever is too much trouble. We look forward to our next stay with you.

This is a charming, relaxed property with gracious decor and excellent service. The reception and porter team are warm, welcoming and highly trained. The concierge team were helpful and proactive. We stayed in a heritage room, which felt recently rennovated and was exceptionally well appointed and serviced. The pool and spa facilities are very good - as are treatments. We found the bar staff fantastic - wonderful cocktails and attentive services. Main restraurant dining was a little variable - breakfasts are bufett style and excellent. We found the dinner and lunch experience a little disappointing. We enjoyed high tea one evening, and although we did not do the complimentary sunset harbour cruise - other guests looks like they loved it. If we return to Kochi - we'll be back for sure.

Terrific facilities and great staff. The check in and out were a breeze. The room was spacious and well decorated. The food was also very good. Nothing to complain about. Quite the contrary, the Taj Malabar was exceptional. Will definitely return.

The stay with Taj Malabar has been simply awesome. My wife and I wanted to take a break from back to back marriages. Taj Malabar provided that ambiance and support. The hospitality was super. What I liked was the personal touches at every touch point. Within 2 days everyone including the security guard recognized us which gave us tremendous sense of comfort. Ms Elizabeth, Ms Zehan and Amol were outstanding. Uday and everyone at the restaurant were simply the best. We both have liking for Darjeeling tea and various chefs ensured that we get the best of Darjeeling tea at Kochi. Overall, a memorable two days in one of the best located Taj hotel, surrounded by water.

Had a great time at Taj. Although I'm a local, I was here for a 1-day staycation. Place was calm, especially around the sunset time at the lawn. Staff were very courteous. Room was good as well. Perfect place for a laidback stay in Kochi. Would definitely visit again.
