Review: 115 The Strand Hotel by NEU Collective Stayed: May 16–19 The location of the hotel is excellent — very convenient for getting around, and check-in was smooth. We stayed in Room 609, which was a standard room, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room felt very small and the decor was dull and depressing. The bathroom was extremely tiny — even for two petite women, it was uncomfortable. Sitting on the toilet, your knees almost touch the sink, and the shower space is so tight you can barely turn around. The hallway had a musty smell, possibly from water leakage. Overall, the room experience was not pleasant. The lobby staff were not very helpful. They didn’t tell us about the facilities on the 8th floor — there’s a small sauna, jacuzzi, and a tiny indoor pool. If I had known earlier, I would’ve taken advantage and enjoyed some time there despite the limited size. That said, the rest of the hotel facilities were much better. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight — the food was delicious and the views were beautiful and uplifting, especially during breakfast. A big bonus was access to the outdoor pool at Aqualuna Malta just across the street. I spent two lovely days there enjoying the ocean view with a bottle of Prosecco — very relaxing. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but only if I can book a better room. The location and facilities are great — just be aware of the room quality and ask about all the amenities upfron!

Wow, cannot fault this hotel at all, perfect location, right near the beach with lots of food places. Slept really well as the mattress was absolutely perfect, so so comfortable and the shower, ooof just perfect to wind down after a long day.

Small compact hotel, good location; two minutes walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minute walk to the Valetta ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is nice and clean, our room was quite small with no balcony or view (window opened into a large service court). A decent breakfast; English and continental selections, breakfast restaurant doubles as bar area in the evenings, outside terrace has greòat views over the bay/marina, looking towards Valetta. Pool is a private Lido across the road from the hotel; nice area serving good food, can be quite busy at times as a few hotels share the facility, although we had no problems getting sun loungers on the upper terracing.

It was good. Location not ideal for us but it was in front of the marina with many shops and restaurants around. The room (double with sea view) was very small, in some cases we were jumping over our luggages. The view was breath taking for sure. We had paid for a different room for the last day of our staying (due to the fact that there were no longer dates available for the first room). The second room was an executive one, very spacious and we loved it! We were a little bit disappointed by the interior pool, wich was not heated and really small. Breakfast had many choices but 1.) the breakfast room was small and we were waiting in long queues just to be sitted in a table and 2.) the staff talked in a really bad tone to us about the take away policy, which was not needed. All hotel staff was really kind and helpful regardless some minor misunderstandings. The hotel has its own restaurant, a 24/7 convenient store and an ATM. Also, it has a bar restaurant with a big pool just across the street. It was a nice staying, not great but nice, clean and safe.

The perfect location for a sea view! I was here in December 2023, a perfect escape from freezing winter. I had the best sunrise 180 degree-view overlooking the yachts in the front! This was my best moment whilst staying here. Breakfast is basic and customer service is not so great, I had to find my seat from a long queue going in, and get my own coffee. It wasn’t great experience at all. Maybe becos it was fully booked by the time I got there. Nevertheless, I’d still choose to go back here given the chance, but maybe go have breakfast/meals outside.

Not much to say..

The first day was uncomfortable, We had a standart small room next to the backyard( NO VIEW), too hot, also the air con operated very cold, the waste pipe was next to the room and when people flushed the toilet on any floor, the sound traveled into our room, and also the room was too hot, we paid more money to upgrade the room, then we stayed in a bigger room with a sea view.

Very good view and the breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and very close to the bus stop.

看點評訂的，但早餐並不在9樓， 給的房間不好在1樓，空氣不流通，窗户對着天井有下水道味，且非常不通風。無法換房，所以晚上睡得不好，管道的水聲很響，還有廁所的味道，空調衹能制熱，送風也不行，衹好把廚房排風扇一直打開着。 對面的泳池可以用，水質良好，人多。 地理位置在斯利馬海濱，周邊餐飲和超市比較多，j可能週日的馬拉松原因吧，所以房間訂滿。 房間很普通，樓下的超市一瓶水比其他超市貴一倍多點。 衞生打掃還可以

酒店位置非常方便，服務很到位，入住後比較舒服。餐廳在9樓，可以看到美麗的海港和Valletta景色，步行大約150米就可到達渡輪碼頭，1.5歐就可到瓦萊塔，來回3歐，便可遊覽瓦萊塔，非常方便。房價方面，也分旺淡季節，記得7-8月要去的必須早預訂。酒店還提供海邊免費游泳池Aqualuna，可以在前台領取門票才可進入。性價比不錯，值得推薦。

Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Personal immer freundlich. Beim Frühstück gäbe es noch Verbesserungspotential, aber das grundlegende war da.

ロビーの受付の方がとっても愛想の良い方だった。立地もよいが、部屋に入ってすぐ独特な匂いがして慣れるまで時間がかかった。また大通りのため、夜でも騒音が聞こえることがあった。古さもところどころみられるが、総合的に良いホテルだった。

屋上からの景色が素晴らしい！ 立地が良く、色々な場所にアクセスしやすい。 朝食ビュッフェが美味しかった。
