Hotel, Ausstattung und Lage perfekt. Personal dürfte etwas höflicher sein

Serge freundliches Personal! Beim Wunsch noch einem früheren Frühstück wegen einer früheren Abreise hat sich das Personal sehr bemüht. Gerne wie, tolles Hotel!

Zentral gelegen, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück ABER unfreundliches Personal, kein Guten Morgen im Frühstücksraum und keine Nachfrage wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat beim Check out. Garagenpreise wurden auf dem Hotel Kanal mit 12 Euro angegeben und beim zahlen waren es 18 Euro pro Tag. Wir sagten das und wurden regelrecht ausgelacht. Führten danach ein Gespräch mit dem Direktor aber brachte nix. Die sind ja froh das sie Personal haben. Gutes Personal kostet eben. Das wiederum bringt zufriedene Gäste zurück. Uns nicht. Sollte man sich überlegen.

Mitten in der Stadt, mit hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten und absolut hervorragendem Frühstück. Würde ich immer wieder buchen

New property, well designed plenty of space for a city hotel. For personal preference beds were a little too low and soft.

5 stars for everything. the hotel was spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. good breakfast with really hot coffee

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance from shops and the 'old town'. Staff were great, particularly Tengo in the bar who had some great recommendations. They don't allow motorcycles in their garage for some reason, but allow you to park around the back of the hotel for free. It seemed safe and secure enough, but the garage would have been more convenient. Only other thing is finding the place for the first time. Local building work has the road closed at one end, access is through what appears to be a pedestrian zone. This could have been made clear at booking.

Perfect for a quick overnighter. We checked in late no problem. Beds were firm and comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. Front desk placed a call for us being very helpful.

Parking only available 150 metres away and was quite expensive. Except for that, quite good value for the money and we enjoyed the stay.

New hotel near the old town. Good sized room, with good space beyond the beds, plus a work desk. Separate toilet and shower stalls. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices (although mainly cold).

Great property at convenient location!

We stayed here for one night prior to our Rhine River Cruise. The town is beautiful. The hotel was outstanding. Room was clean, updated. Staff was excellent.

A great property centrally located in Koblenz and within easy walking of beautiful Deutsches Eck.
