Ok, firstly before I start this hotel is defo not a 5 star so if you come expecting that then you are going to be disappointed. I had read reviews prior to coming here so my expectations and standards were already low. Some staff are rude however we have also encountered some wonderful staff who are friendly and super helpful. On arrival we were greeted ( early hours of the morning ) and check in was seamless and we were taken to our room and given a tour of the hotel on the way. The hotel itself, grounds wise, pools, facilities, beach etc are fantastic. The pools are freezing but can be quite refreshing when it’s so warm!!! The rooms are ok. Certainly could use some refurbs but they are kept clean. The food, as anywhere all inclusive can get samey but we found there was always something we could eat and we have all felt fine from it. All in all we have had a wonderful week here and I would come back. I wouldn’t let all these horrific reviews put you off just don’t come expecting 5 star luxury.

DO NOT BOOK WITH ONTHEBEACH EVER!! First time we ever booked with them and will never do so again. Here is the email I sent to them after my holiday at this hotel and they did nothing!!! Incredible and just goes to show how poor they are. I am writing to you to make an official complaint regarding our recent holiday that we arrived back from yesterday morning. This was our first experience of On the Beach as a tour operator as we are regular TUI customers but thought that we would try out the competition. Whilst we have no complaints about your service or that of the airline (although delayed by one and a half hours on return flight) we have encountered really poor service from the hotel. We selected the hotel based solely on what e read and saw on your website and we paid a premium for a weeks holiday in October both due to it being close to half term but also because the hotel was described and sold as such. This turned out to be false and we would definitely argue that the hotel was mis sold and poorly described but our biggest complaint was that it appeared to be on shut down for the end of the season. Given the staff have had a long season probably from early April I can sort of understand that by the end of October their enthusiasm may start to wane but this would only be acceptable if the price for the holiday reflected this situation and we knew what to expect. It didn’t and therefore we expected and paid for a full service holiday with everything operational and the full quota of choice and service. Some of the issues were as follows: 1. Exactly the same selection of items for breakfast and lunch every day and these were limited. 2. Only fruit juice available at breakfast was sour cherry and on 3 days no juice at all. 3. Toaster stopped working for last two days 4. No chocolate sauce or cheese toasties on final two days for breakfast 5. No specific kids food at evening meals so my son had chips and bread for 7 days straight! 6. Grilled Chicken and whole fish the main two choices for dinner all 7 nights. 7. No diet drinks available in restaurant bar area and on final night no fizzy drinks at all. 8. Outdoor cooking area used for breakfast and dinner throughout the season closed for last 3 days. 9. No jacket potatoes for lunch on last 2 days 10. Bar closed by beach snack area for last two days. 11. On our first night we arrived a bit later for dinner At around 8pm. All the food area lights were switched off at 9pm even though people were still in the restaurant area eating. No desserts left that evening either as obviously didn’t replenish them for later arrivals. 12. Had to use a plastic spoon on final morning as no metal ones available. 13. The hotel was overrun by cats, which I am allergic to, with them in all communal areas, in the restaurant, by the outdoor seating, near the room blocks, etc 14. Virtually no English speaking staff which was ridiculous as every time I raised a concern or needed assistance with something it was a wast

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Even the rep - whom we only seen on the 5th day of our holiday told us he is sick of the hotel too, all he gets is complaints from the holidaymakers and nothing is improved, he told us he would NEVER eat at the buffet!! Before arriving at this hotel we had read the reviews about staff, food etc but we always like to give a place the benefit of the doubt. Within 5 minutes of reaching reception, we realised the reviews were correct!! No welcome drink - standard at 5* resorts, the lady behind the desk was very pleasant, took our passports and then returned 10 mins later to tell us her shift had finished and her colleague 'Ishmael' (not certain - but photo attached) would be with us soon. This was after midnight. We had a 2 year old and a 2 month old with us! Eventually, the man came and handed us two cards for our rooms and 2 cards for towels - there were 5 in our group. When we questioned this, he said he doesn't understand and come back tomorrow. The golf cart came to collect us, drove us to our rooms - obviously a family would be given 2 rooms together??????? No!! My daughter, her partner and their children were dropped in one place and I was taken almost a mile away, cases dropped at the bottom of a huge flight if stairs and told my room was "up there" Thank God for the lovely couple who happened to becoming back to their room and the man carried my cases up the stairs for me or I would still be there!!!!!!!!! On inspection of my room, I realised that the actual balcony doors were not attached to the frame, so even if the door was locked, the windows moved on either side so anyone could have come into my room. I rang reception, and 'Ishmael' asked me what he wanted me to do about it? As this was happening, my daughter and family had been given a room where a German family was already staying!!!!! We all went back to reception to complain and the man told us, " you can't move, we don't have room, you wait til tomorrow' we asked for the manager, he said No manager he sleeping - come to find out the manager was the man who took us in the cart and left me at the bottom of the stairs!! I could go on forever with this review, but I will now keep it brief: Buffet - disgraceful, dirty dishes, inedible food, cold food, cats running all.over the places, no queuing system, no waiter service - standard in 5*, dirty tables all over, nowhere to sit etc, etc Rooms are very in need of updating to a better standard, and health and safety desperately needs to be addressed with security. We had a 2 month and 2 year old with us - NO COTS PROVIDED?????? Had to call reception twice about the water being brown?? The management/reception is probably - no, definitely - the most unprofessional, rudest staff I have ever met in all the years I've travelled abroad!! My cleaner was lovely!! Do what I didn’t I read a few reviews and thought oh some people are being a bit picky.If you have stayed at Butlins and you like it this is just the hotel for you.Reception crap,food crap,staff doubley crap,and so rude and arrogant,two guy’s checking us in could of been site gardeners for all we knew.Take your own knife and fork (gold dust)any brand drink are extra 8 euros.You have been warned ITS TOILET

Firstly, I'd like to point out that we always travel end of season & this may well have a bearing on our experience. There were numerous small issues such as, many of the toilet blocks had at least 1 stall that was not functioning properly (a light out, missing seat, non functioning lock etc). The toaster didn't work properly. Each day something would run out for example various juice flavours or even one day chips. Contrary to some other travellers accounts, we found the food to be really good, it would be difficult to be unable to find at least something you find edible. The rooms were basic, but clean and surprisingly well stocked on arrival. We had a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit bowl plus numerous toiletries including toothbrushes & toothpaste, vanity kit, shoe shine sponge as well as the usual shower gel, lotion and shampoo etc. The reception staff did not seem particularly fluent in English but we got by, apart from when we tried to book the Chinese restaurant & ended up in the Turkish one. My sister was fuming On the whole, everyone was friendly, there were lots of different areas to relax in, plenty to do or just chill if preferred. I would certainly recommend going to the sunset bar to watch the sun go down. One last thing, if you like cats, this place is paradise. If not, you probably would prefer somewhere else.

What a dump was booked in for 2 weeks and could only handle 1 week. Rooms we had were disgusting ( See Photos ) they were clean but thats about it. Restaurant was worst than school dinners in the eighties,it was like feeding time at the zoo people pushing you out of the way to get to the terrible food. Same food for breakfast Lunch and Dinner. If you like salad, rice ,stuffed tomatoes ,stuffed aubergine,Chips then this place is for you. Staff very unfriendly and not helpful nothing to do outside of the hotel as all along is big all-inclusive hotels. If you like Beer and watered down cocktails go for it. When we checked out early they couldn't care less. If you are Russian then this hotel is for you as 99% of the guest are. Good Luck to anybody that stays here

The hotel was attractively unusual with its little two storey 30 room complexes, they were very clean and spacious. I liked the little extras including shampoo etc and mini vanity boxes. We had a fridge with complimentary drinks. The air conditioning was perfect for us. Coming out of the room we were surrounded by beautiful gardens and although it looks huge everything was just so close. The beach was close too I do think the videos are deceiving. We were situated near reception and near the main complex for food. The food itself was what is expected of an all inclusive, salads and fruit salad as abundant. They had fresh pizza, waffles and jacket potato’s at lunch time along with the normal buffet. The breakfasts were good fresh bread, pancakes, toasties, I had toast eggs and a banana most mornings sometimes with added jam. Obviously no bacon, but had Turkish sausages. Food was ok as expected for an all inclusive. The beach was lovely, stoney but I went into the sea and it was fine. Entertainment was good we sat by pool bar and watched the entertainment, they had a theatre but you can’t get drinks there so take them with you from bar. Staff were brilliant, really friendly and I could not fault any of them. It is a hotel catering for English, German and other countries. I had no problem with the mix of people in fact I thought they were all friendly and upon reading some reviews had to laugh when they said about other countries being there. There was no problem at all. I found the people friendly and the staff very attentive. Happy to answer any questions:)

Before we get to positives and negatives BEWARE that the staff come round and ask for you to write a review. This happened to us and when I showed them they said no and rewrote my review and put 5 * for everything so I have now removed that review. Okay so positives first.. - grounds are kept lovely -gym is pretty decent - rooms were kept nice and clean. - entertainment was okay and the entertainment staff were friendly And now the not so positives.. - food is not catered for English at all, we are not fussy but we really struggled to find anything we could eat and one night even got upset stomachs. - one dish was labelled as vegetarian but was meat. -our first day they signed someone else in to our room and luckily for us they didn’t steal anything and waited for us to come back to the room and got it sorted with us but could have ended a lot worse. Overall we still enjoyed our holiday however it’s definitely not a 5 * still a nice place to go just be mindful that food is not great.

We have had the most amazing time here! The facilities are honestly second to none, especially the mini club for the kiddies! All of the staff have been so friendly and welcoming, we are already planning on booking again for next year! Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday, if you’re questioning whether to come here, just do it - amazing value for money, amazing resort and amazing staff!

It’s difficult to know where to start with this resort. Probably being rudely told at 4am check in that we’re being placed in a basic room despite paying for a superior room might be a good place to begin! So with that the holiday started in a hugely negative manner and only went downhill further from then on! Rude and unhelpful staff plus a hotel manager in hiding despite asking to talk to him several times. Dining areas, pool areas absolutely disgusting due to severe lack of staff much of whom are striking because they haven’t been paid for 2 months. Those staff that were in attendance moaning to customers including myself of unfair working conditions. Rooms not cleaned for duration of 9 night stay. Straighting up the bed sheets does not constitute to ‘cleaning the room’ We were in a party of 20 and every single day all of us at some point has a 24hr D&V ‘bug’ largely and probably due to unhygienic dining areas that are also crawling with stray cats. We ate out for most of the holiday for the fear of eating in the place. I have no doubt at some point in the past this resort was probably nice. There Instagram page will lead you to believe that however it is a very poor representation of its current state. If you have time to change hotels I would do quickly! If this shambolic hotel is still even in operation by next year I’d be amazed. We couldn’t wait to leave which I can honestly say is the first in my lifetime. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

On arrival at the Euphoria Palm Beach, our rooms stank of smoke and uninterested reception staff, who spoke little English, just said 'full. No more rooms.' It took the Palm Beach 2 days to change our rooms, despite asking our Love Holidays rep to help. Rooms are very basic. No blankets on the beds, just sheets, despite asking several times. Showers are just hoses off the bath taps that go hot and cold. The main restaurant is basically a canteen, with huge queues all the time for simple things like chips. If you want sunbeds together, you'll need to get up at 07:00am each days to 'put down your towels', otherwise you've got no chance. Not my idea of a relaxing holiday. The Palm Beach does nothing to manage this. Overall, terrible and a complaint made.

Euphoria Palm Beach Searched 5 star hotels with a 5 star rating as most do. Last year at Pegasus beach in Falaraki, things were very good and I would highly recommend. Similar price paid. Unfortunately EPB no where near the same standard for the same money. On the cusp of being good but too many failings to give more than 3 stars in my opinion. This is because hotel rating systems normally accounts for facilities rather than service. The hotel has the facilities but let down by the basic rooms. On arrival two beds instead of 3 - if you have 3 in a room be worried. They did promptly put another bed up but the rooms really wasn’t big enough. Furniture they moved out the way for the bed left in the middle of the room with no where to put it other than the balcony. This attention to detail remained the rest of the week. Bathroom was grotty and basic- no where near the 5 star I’m used to! All the extra’s like shampoo you would except but bottles obviously reused. Plastic/paper cups regularly because they ran out of regular hard plastic glasses. No diet coke regularly and as my wife doesn’t drink this was a problem. I’m not looking for English food but I was left unimpressed with the food. Bland and boring. All restaurants outside of package are paid for unlike some all inclusive where you can visit once as part of the package. Food looks amazing especially the cakes but I did not indulge after the first few. Most staff but not all need training in customer service. No smiles or simple responses when you’re being polite to them, found them fairly grumpy most of the time. Some staff work incredably hard. The grounds are well looked after and the buildings look nice externally. I would not return sadly! our room also looked out onto scrap paid with bin bags to top it all off. I would not have booked this holiday if i had know all this and been on far better all inclusive for the same price. This hotel sits at the bottom by some distance.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful gardens and bars. The animation program was great, the people very friendly. Variaty of food was very big, so even when there was every day the same food, you could still choose something different. I realy liked how there was allways something to do and to eat or drink. There are 2 reasons, why I didnt give 5* - firstly, the main restaurant was dirty (there was not enough staff, the plates were greasy and the glasses dirty), but everywhere else (bars, gardens, loby or rooms were clean) and secondly the entrance to the sea was very rocky (like big rocky plates and you could easily slip and hurt yourself if you didnt pay enough atantion) and shortly you were in deep water. I would still recomend the hotel, because we realy enjoyed our holiday here.

first the good bits,the cleaning ladies and gardeners were nice,thats it.the food was tepid and poorly cooked.my wife ended in hospital after 4 days with bacterial gastro enterites.it was awful.we tried to self medicate,immodium etc but no good.we called out a docter and he immediatly phoned for an ambulance.4 days ,three nights in hospital on various drips.very very ill yet nobody from the hotel even asked how she was.cats wandering everywhere,on tables etc .the restaurant was a shambles,tables clutered and uncleaned,no cutlery.room was ok but never ever a 5 star.we never left the resort so the only place my wife got in was inhouse.we went with jet 2 and their responce to this is to tell us that the hotel is ok,fine,shocking response.my wife has not yet recovered from this.first and last time with jet 2 and this hotel.BEWARE

The resort itself was amazing very well kept a short walk from the room to the beach and close to shops . One thing that made this place somewhere ill be going back to next year is the staff every single one of them was lovely and helpful working hard to give everyone a great experience. Two staff in particular was deniz and kubra they worked in the lobby bar they honestly was the best waitresses ive been served by and working in the service industry they showed 5* service every day of our holiday and hope they will be there next year when we come back
