Don't let the appearance fool you. It's very clean and the staff is wonderful. The check-in process after hours was easy just be sure to get your code. Check-out was easy and it was 15 min from Disney parks and about 20 from the airport.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is amazing value for money! The rooms are clean and large and the staff great. Hotel condition was fine and we had no problems. For the price we paid we would absolutely stay again.

Average rating due to the following...
1. Overly noxious chemicaly smell in room.
2. Tiled floor. (Carpeting is ashtrays preferred)
3. Shower Head doesn't move.
4. Bed didn't have matress pad... it felt like we were sleeping on plastic.
5. We had King Bed-- were the top sheet and cover queen-sized? They felt too small.
Staff was wonderful.
Room was clean.
A/C good.

Kathy was wonderful in helping me change our arrival date as I had reserved the wrong date! I was very happy to meet her in person when I checked in! She was so pleasant and helpful! The room was very clean and bright with parking right outside our door.

Air conditioner unit so loud it sounded like it was being run by a generator. Terrible nights sleep.

The very best was the friendly, gracious, and most helpful staff. They were so accommodating and could not do more to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Staff was awesome I had a little issue with the room being stuffy and they gave me a dehumidifier I really appreciate the gesture room was clean and on a budget
